1 Fish, 2 Fish

The first time I ordered from 1 Fish, 2 Fish several months ago, I was disappointed and frustrated with the slow delivery. I must have forgotten this experience because I ordered sushi from them again tonight. After waiting longer than that expected delivery time (and I work a few blocks from them), I finally received my food. Unfortunately, the bad review doesn't end there. This has to be some of the worst sushi I have ever had. There were bones in the eel, it was poor put together and did not taste fresh. I strongly advice against 1 Fish, 2 Fish.

even though 1 FISH 2 FISH can be a bit difficult to deal with, their food is pretty good and personally, I love their EGG FOO YOUNGS! mmmm

The food is ok in general, but this restaurant has significant difficulty with special orders. I'm not talking about the kind of special order that modifies the item to the point that it no longer resembles the menu description. When I order a specific item, I always ask for "no green peppers" because I am allergic to them. I've ordered from this restaurant four times, and only once have I been able to eat the food because the other three times it has come with peppers. I even called the restaurant after placing the order to make sure that the peppers aren't on my food. I think I may be finished with 1 Fish, 2 Fish after today. Again, the food was good the one time I was actually able to eat it, but if you want a restaurant that can handle even the most minute of special requests, this isn't it.

I guess 1 star is the minimum? I would have rated it zero. Slow, though that's forgivable. Sadly the food was pretty bad - I won't be giving this place a second try :(

This is my first order from them. It will also be my last! They say 30-45 minutes, my order was just delivered 81 minutes after I ordered it. Called the restaurant twice. First time, almost no help second time, it was even worse. When I spoke of how upset I was, they said nothing, just hung up on me! I just tried the food, it is gross, sorry fried pieces, over cooked fish and a nothing is even close to the proper temperature. Save yourself the trouble and frustration of this place and find something else.

Food is pretty good. The people are pretty careless though. I've gotten the wrong type of sushi before. Last time they didn't give me any chopsticks or soy sauce. The delivery is fast, but again, the drivers tend to call me when they're still minutes away so that I have to stand outside waiting for them. When they arrive they barely stop the car long enough to hand me my order through the passenger window which just looks kinda sketchy. So overall, food is fast and good, but the restaurant seems like they could care less about the customers.

Ordered the food at 6:40pm on a Tuesday. Was told it would arrive in 30-45 minutes. Food actually arrived at 8:35 pm, nearly two hours later. We got upstairs and realized it was missing some items. After several phone calls the items finally arrived at 9:22pm. Never again.

Not only did it take an hour and a half for my order to arrive, it was completely bland and super greasy. Would not recommend.

Sushi was pretty good. Delivery was on time. This was a good treat for the work day. I have to change my previous review. I just ordered again from thsi restaurant and they COMPLETELY IGNORED MY REQUESTS. The deliveryman was not nice, and they did not get anything right in my order. I am VERY UPSET.

We ordered a bunch of dumplings for a debate watch party. I mean, I'm from San Francisco so I might be a bit more picky with my dumplings. The consensus of the party goers though was that the dumplings were great. The delivery -well, it took awhile. Over an hour - so not for the starving at heart.

Great prices on great food. Highly recommend the Drunken Noodles and the Tempura Vegetables - unique item for take-out food, haven't seen it anywhere else on the Seamless restaurants in my area. Delivery was in the timeframe specified in my confirmation e-mail, about an hour.
