1 Vizio

Do not order from this place. The food was supposed to be delivered in 30-45 minutes. 1 hour and 15 minutes later the food still wasn't delivered. The staff at 1 Vizio kept promising it was on its way ("10 minutes"). It didn't show up. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was given the owner's first name (the guy on the phone didn't know the last name -- right) and was told by the guy on the phone that he didn't know when the owner would be in the store. Ridiculous.

I ORDERED A CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD. THE ROMAINE TASTED BAD, THE GRILLED CHICKEN WAS COLD AND DRY. I REQUESTED TWO EXTRA SALAD DRESSINGS ON THE SIDE. THEY SENT ONE DRESSING. THEY DID NOT SEND THE TWO EXTRA DRESSINGS THAT I REQUESTED. THIS IS A HORRIBLE LUNCH - ONE OF THE WORST I EVER RECEIVED. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM 1 VIZIO AGAIN,

Fast delivery of food that is cold and not cooked correctly. A medium well burger should not be cold and raw in the middle. The fries were soggy and cold. And really Vizio, we appreciate you aren't using plastic for your delivery packages but wrapping a burger in paper and fries in paper is just totally ridiculous and it shows up a soggy cold mess. Pull it together.

I can't even rate the food because I never got anything. I ordered, got a confirmation e-mail, an hour and a half later I still had nothing and I gave up calling after getting their voicemail several times. Then I had to spend time on the line with Seamless to make sure my credit card didn't get charged for it. Huge waste of time and now lunch will have taken 3 hours instead of the promised 15-30 min delivery time. No thanks, Vizio, for being totally absentee.

It took and hour and twenty minutes for my turkey burger and sweet potato fries to arrive, and when it did, the fries were soggy and the burger was soggy in some spots and hard as a rock and stale in other spots. Also, the lettuce was wilted. I will say that the portions were large and the fries tasted good once I put them in the oven for a while, but I won't be ordering from Vizio again.

There wasn't one part of the order that was correct. The Venison burger came with the toppings and bun for the buffalo burger, including raw onions that I specifically asked not to be included, rather than the French toppings. The burger labeled buffalo was, in fact, the venison burger, which my husband didn't realize until he bit into it. He hates venison. The actual buffalo burger came on the wrong bun with no toppings whatsoever. The salad was supposed to have blue cheese, but instead came with feta cheese and olives. also foods my husband hates. When we called Vizio there was no one who could assist us. While they did offer to remake the meal, we didn't want to wait another 40 minutes for their mistake. We asked for a refund instead, but no one there was able to accomplish such a thing. They told us to stop in when the owner was there, although no one seemed to know his name. This restaurant used to be a favorite, but we have noticed a severe decline in quality. Needless to say, we will not order from them again. I cannot in good conscious pay someone for a job done so badly. Their suggestion that we should "stop by" is the best they could come up with, to get the refund. I wrote to Seamless and the restaurant called me within 15 minutes. Vizio sucks. Seamless is Awesome.

Extremely slow. Delivery time is not even close to accurate. Takes at least 1 hour for delivery (even if it says 15-30 minutes).

We decided not to order from Vizio ever again after our most recent order. First, there was a paper/paper towel piece in my wife's mac n cheese. Then for me, I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich: this is a PROCESSED chicken patty folks! Most decent restaurants, even diners, give you a real breaded breast of chicken - not Vizio! That's just really low in my book. So, I'll probably stop in once and awhile for their burgers which are pretty decent in-house (not for delivery though which I tried in the past), but they are done for delivery and fake chicken!

The food took 45 mins to be delivered which would have been fine except they advertised 15-30 mins. I ordered a Kobe beef burger, it was cold. I asked for it to be cooked medium, they gave it to me medium well. I asked for extra, extra ketchup on the side, they gave me three packets. And to top everything off it was very greasy, and did not even taste good. Needless to say I will NOT be ordering there again.

We've ordered from here a couple of times. They're fast and delicious. The organic grass fed burger is a fave and the if you want to be bad do the onion rings. YUM.

Absolutely awful. Brought me the wrong food. When I tried to call them it said 'voicemail user hasn't set up their mailbox' will never order from there again. Ordered right before 10pm when most places close. Food was uneatable, tossed it out, and now everything else is closed.

I ordered a burger on a Kaiser roll, and when the burger arrived 20 minutes after ordering the bun was hard as a rock! Seriously... how can someone consciously prepare and send out a sandwich that is on an inedible bun?

I ordered a veggie burger and it came to me in a soggy mess. It wasn't raining outside, the burger itself was just soggy, to the point where I could barely eat it. Overpriced, badly-prepared food.
