12 Chairs

Terrible customer service. I am usually a big fan of 12 Chairs, but I will never order through Seamless Web again. I'm not sure if they are new to Seamless Web, but they didn't follow cooking directions or delivery directions at all. They didn't call me when they got to my building and left without telling me. I had to call an hour later to check on the status. Then, they asked me to pay again! I had to wait on hold with the delivery for 10 minutes while they sorted it out on their end.

Delivery was fast, but the order seemed off. I ordered the Chicken Pocket, which was supposed to be filled with mushrooms and cheese. Instead it was filled with what seemed like a bread stuffing. Not appetizing and so I removed it all. Other than that, an enjoyable meal.

We order the schnitzel with home fries at least once a week, consistently good, nice people on the phone, all around great. The sauce with the schnitzel is awesome and their hot sauce is like no other. Love!

Consistently good. Our go-to Seamless order. The vegetarian couscous is perfect comfort food, the schnitzel is a hit with kids, the salads have never disappointed. Even the simple sandwiches are amazing. And the delivery guy is a sweetheart!

Ordered hummus and lamb burger. Lamb burger was very dry and tough and not flavorful. Fries that came with them were soggy and tasted old. Hummus was good, but that's the only good thing I've had here on the menu. I've tried to like this place but it keeps disappointing. Totally sub par food and bad service. After I ordered online I called the restaurant and specifically asked the girl who answered the phone if she could include some of their hot sauce/chili oil in the order. Of course when I received there was none.

Food arrived in 30 minutes but live pretty close.... Being Israeli I'm picky with this type of food...ordered the israeli salad....could be much better....and ordered the grilled chicken with mash potato, the mash was ok, and the chicken pieces that weren't undercooked, almost all of them, were not bad tasting.....safe to say first and last time ordering delivery, but will try at some point eating at the place and will try the hummus...

I ordered the chicken pocket and it was not bad but from the time I placed the order to the time it was accepted/confirmed, it took over 15 minutes. When I called the restaurant to ask them why it was taking so long, they were not that helpful or friendly. So overall I waited over an hour for my food. I'm not sure I'll order from here again.

My favorite restaurant of it's kind. I LOVE that they deliver the Israeli picks and olives that compliment the hummus falafel so well! I will admit though, the falafel is a bit better when it is eaten at the restaurant as opposed to delivery.

i am surprised this place isn't very highly reviewed. i have eaten both inside the restaurant and ordered take out as well. incredibly fun scene inside and amazing they offer takeout. it is middle eastern meets eastern european food. you don't find many places that serve a great tasting shnitzel, etc etc. first review of a restaurant i've made
