Note that this food review is for the pad thai only! My coworker and I order from here at least once a week, and the pad thai is absolutely delicious! In terms of service: Delivery is SO quick. I thought that perhaps the restaurant was very close to me, but it's not nearly as close as I thought, so the delivery time is impressive. Also, 22 Thai Cuisine is AWESOME at reading and following comments, should you choose to write any in the box. They always give me exactly what I've asked for, and the delivery guy is always friendly and courteous.

The food here is marginal at best. It definitely is not authentic thai and the flavors are closer to Chinese cuisine. Given the other options in the area, I would not order from 22 Thai Cuisine again.

Food is good but the delivery service is TERRIBLE... Yesterday I ordered lunch to be delivered. An half an hour later (on time) I received a call from the restaurant saying, that the delivery guy was outside. I was unsure why the delivery guy wouldnt come inside, but never the less I told my manager I was going on lunch...Unfortunately I didn't get my food until FORTY FIVE minutes later... the delivery guy wasn't outside. The restaurant and I went back in forth callig each other to figure out what was going on. They told me the food was with the door man down stairs, however I work in a one floor building with no door man... Time ran up on my lunch; by the time the delivery man realized his error, my food wasn't hot anymore, my thai tea spilled in the bag..overall a FRUSTRATING experience.

really greasy bad pad thai. its premade in a goop of oil or something, because it gets delivered really fast. I think most of their food is premade, but definitely way too greasy. I've had much better at a bunch of other thai places in nyc

Absolutely abysmal. I wish I'd read these reviews first. I only ordered from them because it promised 20-30 min delivery. Instead, it took nearly two hours. The food - 4 pad thais - was absolutely disgusting. Completely inedible and we threw the whole lot away. The staff were rude on the phone and the delivery guy offered no apology or explanation. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered pork thai garlic sauce, fried tofu, fried calamari, chicken basil friend rice and chicken coconut soup. The pork thai garlic sauce came but was chicken instead of pork (chicken had a weird slimy texture), the chicken fried rice came with a very strong smell of burnt although it didnt look burnt, but i tasted and it tasted as if the bottom pot had totally burnt and they just figured we wouldnt notice! anyways i called the lady was nice and sent another one, it came, tasted mediocre but instead of chicken it was now tofu fried rice! the fried tofu and fried calamari was soooo bad that we threw it away, tasted as if they had used an oil that was refried a thousand times. Well and the chicken coconut soup the broth was pretty good, but then again their chicken looked weird and tasted weird. Bottom line i would never eat from this place again, even if they sent free food! whomever is cooking their food should never be allowed near a kitchen, the lady that picks up the phone was nice and polite when i called.. but then again i'm paying for food and not for someone who's nice!

WOW. Best Chicken Pai Thai I have ever had..... and I travel around the world for a living, so I have had my fair share of Thai Cuisine in different parts of the world. I order from this restaurant maybe 3 times a week, because I know it is always a sure bet that the food will be great quality. The food always comes hot, on time and in HUGE portions! Nothing to complain about this restaurant. Honestly, they are the best.

The pad thai was mushy and did not taste good at all. The delivery took 2 hours, and several phone calls to the establishment. The women at Thai Cuisine kept insisting that the delivery boys were lying and claiming that the food had already been delivered. Eventually the food came and it was cold and also just bad quality. Save yourself the trouble and drama and do not order from here.

I was very disappointed with the Pad Thai. It tasted nothing like what it's suppose to be. There was no peanut sauce, it was mushy, and lacked in flavor overall.

pad thai did not taste good. not authentic. delivery guy told me off for not entering my apartment number in the order. However, there's a concierge in my building, so it really doesnt matter whether my apartment number was there or not. The concierge goes by name.

They have no idea how to make drunken noodles (Mao.) It was sweet and noodles mushy! One bite and we were done. Tom yum soup was extremely bland until I added seasoning. Pad Thai also very bland with barely any sauce. I ended up making a peanut butter and fish sauce dressing of my own just to salvage some of the meal. Waste of money. Steer clear!

Pretty good thai food, considering it's hard to find amazing thai food in nyc. Delivery took almost an hour but it was a Monday night at prime dinner hour. Will order again. The Pad ke mao and chicken with green beans are delicious!

This thai food was beyond awful. I have thai at least once a week and I thought i would try somewhere new but it was a mistake. I ordered pad kee mao and I literally had two bites and threw it out. It had zero flavor whatsoever. Was extremely disappointed.
