42nd Street Restaurant and Pizza

Virginia Ham triple Decker Deluxe was more of tomato and lettuce than ham. If you order, be sure to have cheese, mine did not. Should have more meat I know my salad had more meat. Chef's salad with olive oil and Balsamic vinegar dressing was good, but make sure dressing in on side, can be too much for some people. Otherwise, when I ordered, I made sure there was enough time to deliver promptly and it arrived 10 mins early. Two thumbs up on that. The price was right on the salad, but a little too high for the sandwhich and fries. Oh yes, fries were perfect and my meal arrived hot. I was satisfied compared to other places that I have ordered from. Good Job 42nd Street Restaurant and Pizza.

I order from these guys all the time. Though I am fond of their pizza, their breakfast selection is even better--their French Toast is the best in Hell's Kitchen. Delivery time is generally as advertised, and the food is always well packaged to avoid spills. I reserve five star reviews for those establishments which *consistently* provide excellent service. Most restaurants disappoint me from time to time, but 42nd Street Restaurant and Pizza is always a safe bet.

The food arrived quickly, was hot, really nicely packaged - so no spillages, and best of all it tasted great. The hero was fresh - a litle crispy on the outside, and not at all doughy. Just enough sauce and the meatballs were moist and flavourful. Fries (bigger than McDonalds, smaller than steak fries) were perfectly cooked, and not at all greasy, and there were lots of them - only downside was not enough ketchup. Milkshake was like eating creamy strawberries - I could have been at Wimbledon! This was my first time to order from here and I'm thrilled to know I can go back. Great to have good food in the neighbourhood. Thanks 42nd Street Restaurant and Pizza.

I ordered pizza, salad, and garlic bread from this place because of all of the rave reviews. The pizza was okay, but nothing great. The salad tasted old and the garlic bread was literally just (mediocre) sliced bread with garlic and cheese piled on top. I don't know why people keep saying this place is so great.

If you've ever wondered what real NYC pizza should taste like, then get the Pepperoni from this place, it's absolutely amazing! The quality is consistently outstanding and the delivery is prompt and friendly. Very strongly recommend this place.

I just ordered a medium pizza and a lasagna. Extremely disappointing. I have many negative things to say but let me sum up. I found a blonde hair in my lasagna.
