I've ordered food from quite a lot of places for quite a long time, and this is by far the WORST. The food was bad, but the worst part was the portions. If they had charged me half of what they did, it still would have been too much. Order ELSEWHERE!!

CUSTOMER SERVICE DISGRACE: I got home tonight after a grueling 14 hour day at work, starving and ready for a good meal. I decided on the chicken teriyaki salad and submitted my order on Seamless. About 20 minutes later I got a call from the restaurant and was told that they didn't have half the ingredients for the salad I ordered. I asked the guy to change my order to the caesar salad, and expected it to arrive soon. 45 minutes later it hadn't showed up. I called up the restaurant and inquired about my order as I had been waiting for over an hour. The same guy I spoke to the last time tells me his delivery guy had gone out on another delivery and hadn't returned yet. He also told me he didn't have some of the ingredients for the caesar salad, mind you, it had been 45 minutes since I ordered it. I asked if the food is coming and couldn't get a clear answer out of him. I told him to cancel my order and refund my money and he claims he can not because he didn't take the order. So basically he just expected me to be fine with not getting my food or my money back and wasn't going to call me. I called Seamless, which unlike "7 Market Place" is a business that actually believes in customer service. They got me a refund and gave me a $5 discount code. I only hope they go a step further, and drop 7 Market Place.
