Love me some 72nd Street bagels! Egg sandwiches on a bagel are HUGE! I'm an eater and 1 of their egg whites with cheese bagel sandwiches will keep me full for almost the whole day. The bagels here are always fresh and they stay fresh for at least a day or so without having to put them in a ziploc. Their delivery service is excellent too. Usually they are at my place within 30 min. Rarely have they screwed up an order too. I knocked them down a star as they sometimes deliver coffee without the requested Equal but rather with sugar and when I've ordered muffins from them, the fat-free chocolate chip muffin was far from fresh. The regular blueberry muffins have always been fresh though. I highly recommend 72nd Street Bagel to feed your bagel fix. You won't be sorry!

Best everything bagel around. Everyone raves about H&H and I never got it, but 72nd Street Bagel has fantastic bagels. Fresh squeezed OJ is great too. Soup is a bit inconsistent, but usually good.

Horrible customer service and food. This place forgot to include the 2 bagels I ordered for delivery. I could understand if it was complicated, but a buttered bagel and a bagel with cream cheese. How did they forget it especially since it's a BAGEL store? When I phoned to complain, the manager was terribly nasty. You would think that in this economy they would care more. Obviously not 72nd Street Bagel! And he refused to refund my money!

I ordered the late (after 11am) breakfast special, Western Omelette. 72nd Street Bagel's info clearly says this special comes with a side of scallion cream cheese, a bagel, and a side of home fries. The omelette arrived without the side of cream cheese and without the home fries. I called the restaurant, and all I got was, "Actually, we are out of home fries." I said, "Ok. And what about the scallion cream cheese?" "Actually, we are no longer serving late breakfast." Then later in the conversation, he then tried to tell me, "Actually, the late breakfast special is only for M-F." This isn't specified anywhere, and I've ordered the same special in the restaurant on a Sunday afternoon, so it's simply not true. Their site specifies that the late breakfast is for after 11am. That's it. Seems like this guy was just full of random excuses and no solutions or apologies. He was a customer service nightmare. Other restaurants - when they are out of something, they call to let you know, and they ask if there is something they can substitute and if you'd still like the order. I got no phone call from 72nd St bagel to tell me that they were out of home fries and that they weren't going to add the side of cream cheese. Also, since I got the omelette and the bagel, the claim of no longer serving late breakfast made no sense. "Late breakfast special, after 11am," means what it says. The worst part - when I asked for the manager, the guy who answered the phone, Mojeo, hung up on me. I called Seamless Web, and they gave me a refund. 5 stars for Seamless Web. No stars for 72nd St Bagel. Will never order from or go there again. Most orders from Seamless Web are smooth. 72nd Street Bagel is ridiculous.

Ordered two bagels, both toasted, one came not toasted, the other was completely black, the eggs were black/brown, the potatoes were almost raw, when i called they simply hung up right after i said there was an issue with my seamless order.

Great bagels. But everything is soooooo overpriced!!!! If you order in-you'll wait. If you go to the store-you'll wait in a really long line.

I have now been waiting over 2 hours for a tuna salad on a bagel. Don't put up 15-30min delivery time on Seamless if you can't deliver. Worst delivery service I've ever experienced anywhere in my life.

Food is fresh and the fruit salad is especially good. HOWEVER, they frequently short the order one item, such as a bagel, when delivering. Very annoying!

The food is fine but expect to wait a very long time for your order. Over an hour for a bagel? This is my second and last time ordering from here.

I love the food, but they are the slowest delivery in NYC. It should not take an hour to get a bagel 6 blocks.
