Took 2 hours and multiple calls to get food. People on the phone didn't know what they were doing. Will never use them again.

They were out of three items and substituted less expensive sort of similar items, and forgot an item as well. Never again! The prices were outrageous, but since I was not feeling well and my usual bodega that delivers was closed, tried this. They were nice enough and delivery was within the projected time, but other than that....not so good.

Order several 2 liter sodas and had a wonderful experience with order and delivery man. He was very nice and professional and was truly a wonderful person and provided a wonderful experience. I will use them again.

The food was bad, poorly packaged, and took nearly 2 hrs to arrive. They said it was because they were busy, but it was dead silent in the background when I called. When it finally arrived, the bag had a hole in it and the food was cold. I threw it out. Very disappointing.

awful...after waiting an 1 1/2 hrs I called and was told to just cancel the order. Never got the food. Do not order from here!

Its been a hour, and my food still hasn't arrived. I called because I do understand sometimes things get backed up as I too work in a resturant. The person over the phone told me he didn't know what I was talking about while assisting another customer in person. He then said the delivery man left along time ago (aka cold food) I do not recommend ordering from here. Lack of customer service, professionalism, and you will be hungry for a looooong time just to "maybe" end up with cold food.

TERRIBLE! They never delivered my complete order. The delivery person delivered my order after 1 and a half hours-- and I only live 4 streets away! Further, the sandwich bread was stale. I will never order from here again!
