99 Miles to Philly

Waited over an hour for my food. Had to call twice, the 2nd time, they acknowledged and error and said the delivery man must have given my order to the wrong person. Total time between order and delivery: 90 minutes. To compensate, I was 1). Put on Hold, 2). Offered a quick "sorry" and that was that. Signed, An ex-99 Miles to Philly Customer.

I ordered my dinner around 7:30p and was given a 35-50 minute delivery window. When my food hadn't arrived in that timeframe, I called the restaurant. It turned out there was an issue with seamless and the restaurant never received my order. Bummer. Seamless credited my account, my order was canceled and I thought that was that. But no! The incredible man who answered my call at 99 Miles to Philly went out of his way to call me back and send me my order on the house. My food arrived in no time at all and was outstanding. Incredibly delicious! Chicken cheesesteak with onions and American cheese. YUM! The waffle fries were crispy and hot. I loved my meal. There was even a little surprise dessert thrown in my bag. I will definitely be ordering again. Phenomenal customer service.

Let me put it this way, it's WORTH driving 99 miles to Philly (preferably to Tony Luke's or Di Nic's) to get the real thing because these sandwiches filled a hunger but not a craving, totally forgettable. When it comes to the iconic sandwich, it HAS to be very good at least and these were barely fair.

99 Miles to Philly is the best cheesesteak I've had in NYC. Their buns are great and the steak is never too chewy. I always go with the classic, except I prefer Provolone over the Whiz.

Late, but worth the wait. 99 Miles to Philly should update their listed wait time to reflect reality; it did take my order 45 minutes to get here. But it was perfect. Obviously the bread is from Philly, the real thing. And the fillings were steaming hot. My tongue is tingling because I couldn't wait to let it cool down. They honored my special request to have the cheese sauce for the fries on the side (or do they do that automatically for everyone?) The waffle fries weren't hot but they were good. Not greasy and still crisp. If you like cheesesteaks you should definitely try this place. If you're starving when you order, be prepared for the torture of waiting.

Love this place. They always get the order right and the meal is always spot on. Never been to Philly for the real deal before but if they're as good over there as they are over here, might need to visit. This place is the jam.

I got a call from an office building a couple of blocks that my food was delivered there, so I called 99 Miles to figure out what happened. The man who answered the phone kept insisting I put my address down incorrectly (without even looking at my order) and that I had to go get my food. Considering I'd ordered from Seamless countless times before and have never changed my address I knew this wasn't my mistake. It's raining, it's cold, I'm 8 months pregnant. Just get me my food. After the delivery guy finally came I called 99 Miles back and told him I didn't appreciate how he'd spoken to me, especially when I was clearly right. The man on the phone kept insisting I put my address down wrong and it wasn't his fault. Um, how did my food get to me, without me ever having talked to the delivery man if that was the case??? Also, the delivery guy wouldn't come into the building lobby so I had to take my pregnant self outside into the freezing cold without a coat. Thanks a lot. Last time I get a dried up cheese steak from 99 Miles.

This has long been a favorite of mine and the sole reason why I use seamless. As they don't accept credit cards! Better cheesesteaks than in Philly! Prices are high but it's fast, fresh and always good.

I ordered a chicken philly, some chicken fingers and waffle fries. Was to my door in 20 minutes. Fresh bread, crispy/warm fries. Delicious. Will def order from here again! Yum!
