This is literally the worst restaurant I have ever ordered from. This is coming from someone that orders somewhere new every night. Not only did they take an hour to get the food to my apartment, not only did they not give us the food that we ordered, but the food that they did give us was terrible. Please do yourself a favor and never waist your time or money ordering form this place.

Very slow delivery takes more than one hour. By the time the food get to the address, its cold and disgusting. Then they expect to be tip?? Are you serious? Horrible SERVICE!

I ordered lunch from this place and after an hour, the food finally arrived. I missed the call at my desk and called back 4 minutes later. I found out that the delivery perrson brought it to my office suite instead and screamed at our Executive Assistant demanding that we never order from them again. I will NEVER order from here again.

The food is good and was delivered fast. However, the manner in which is was delivered was AWFUL! When I answered the call from the delivery person he was yelling at me there he was here to deliver the food and that he was knocking on the door. I explained that there was a delivery room within the office building. He said okay. When I went down to the delivery room a few minutes later, the food was not delivered and I was told that no one had come to deliver the food. I went back up to my office when the phone rang and it was the delivery guy again, yelling, "Do you want the food or not?" Delivery service was horrible. Worst yet in my 1+ years in NYC. While the food was good...I would rather get food from somewhere else that I do not have to deal with this delivery guy again....

I see what the others are saying. Ordered late night and food came 20 min later than the quoted time. Food was a little bland, no soy sauce in bag and delivery guy forgot a pen. Get it together.

Gotten alot of bad reviews, but I have not had any problems with this place. Food that i ordered was fairly timely and delicious. Sauteed watercress with garlic is a favorite, also their Milk Tea ( Coconut) is great.

Terrible. They took two hours to deliver and upon arrival the delivery man openly complained about the tip. The food was then terrible anyway.

DO NOT ORDER!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY! It took 2 hours for the food to get here when they estimated 30 minutes. Called 3 times and the woman was EXTREMELY rude, and said it left the restaurant many times. By the time the food arrived I had to put it in the microwave because it was room temperature. It was also very bland and extremely mediocre. Further for $14, my beef dish should have more than 4 pieces of small shredded beef. HORRIBLE RESTAURANT, NASTY HORRIBLE STAFF, HORRIBLE FOOD. I hope I don't wake up sick...

The mongolian beef was described as "sauteed with onion and scallion in brown sauce with blackened chili pepper served on a bed of crispy rice noodles". Unfortunately there were no noodles, the brown sauce was typical beef and broccoli sauce and they added bamboo shoots and green pepper while shorting changing on the beef. Totally not worth $14! And doesn't resemble mongolian beef. Also, their bubble tea tapioca balls were disgusting! Do not order!
