Abitino's Pizza & Italian Kitchen

If you want to get sick, please go ahead and order from this place. They messed up the order and claimed my seamless receipt was incorrect and what they had was correct. Seamless Rep could not get sense into these guys either. Order and get sick. Seamless should put "Sanitary" Grades (NYC required) next to restaurant name… as this place Abitino's garbage could not get anything above C-.

THis was another one of the most dissappointiong orders i have ever made along with luigis. The taste of the pizza and quality was DISGUSTNIG. I had to throw it out. I also had to throw out the meatball sub. I wish I could show you pictures of the food its disgusting and bordering on criminally negligent SOOOO GROSS DO NOT ORDER

The grandma pizza is really good and I like their meatball and chicken parm heroes. They'll put buffalo sauce on them if you ask or write it in the "additional item request" section. The girls at the register are always friendly when I pick up my order.

this was the worst service I HAVE EVER RECIEVED ESPECIALLY BEING NEW TO ORDER FROM THEM the service went to somewhere else and then when it finally got to me after and hour and 20+ min the delivery guy, when asked is my pizza hot, he say I don't know you need to find out and he physically looked unclean. Horrible will NEVER ORDER AGAIN...NOTHING THERE IS 0 STARS FOR THIS PLACE IGNORE THE FORCED STAR RATE FROM THE SYSTEM

Pizza sauce was ketchup-like. Cheese, definitely processed beyond. Hot wings were not well prepared - I prefer my hot wings crispy skin and sauce on the wings, not in the bottom of the pan. Delivery took over an hour.

The pizza is DELICIOUS! I have a lot of picky eaters in my office and the pizza options and quality please everyone. The Sicilian is my personal favorite. The salads are also good. Reasonable prices as well.

4 stars for the Margarita Pizza. They do need some quality control...sometimes too oily, sometimes all the cheese slides to one side, sometimes barely any cheese on the pie, but overall it is pretty good and never bad. They also have time managment issues...sometimes order is early and a few times it has been very late. (This happens mostly when there is bad weather or on holidays.)

I've ordered from Abitino's several times with no issues, but tonight I ordered two penne dishes - one with shrimp and one without. I ordered each one separately and when looking at the receipt/order, it was clear that they were two separate dishes. When delivered, my girlfriend's penne dish had a shrimp in it (did I mention that she was allergic? well, she is). I called Abitino's and after being on hold for about 10 minutes, I was told that the manager said that they couldn't do anything because I ordered via SW. Why did he say that? Because he thought I was making a big deal about the price. The moment i said they charged me the correct amounts and that I just wanted to make sure I wouldn't have to rush anybody to the ER, they changed their tune. They said they'd send a new dish out in exchange for the delivered one (which they'd end up tossing out, no less). THEN, I received another call from them. The manager told the person who called that next time, I should go the extra mile to let them know that the penne dish I select WITHOUT any add-ins also sports a note that says "Plain, please". They've just lost a customer to poor customer service. Be warned - if Abitino's makes a mistake, you'll be treated as if it were your fault.

I would only get the Margherita from this place. Margheritga is great! But garlic knots were hard, pasta was too cheesy, sausage pizza was very greasy, and green salad lacked greens! I still order Margherita pretty often though, it's very simple yet good.

HORRIBLE PIZZA. Probably the worst pie I have had in a LONG time. Tasted like old sweaty socks. I took two bites out of a slice and had to throw it out. It was just disgusting. Besides, I told them NOT to put parmesian on the pie and they put extra on. Highly recommend you avoid ordering from this restaurant. Although I have to say that their delivery guy was really nice.

I had some reservations about this place based on the reviews, but wow--this is some of the best delivery Italian I've had in a while. I ordered at 12:09pm (height of lunch on a Friday), and they arrived within 30 minutes. The food was HOT and delicious. The ziti alla vodka was cheesy and flavorful, and the portion was huge for the price. I didn't really need the garlic knots I ordered because the pasta came with a big piece of fresh Italian bread. I also ordered a cannoli that was hands down the best cannoli I've ever had (surprising, right?); the shell was crispy--probably because the filling tasted like it had been freshly piped just for the order. I highly recommend Abitino's and will personally be ordering from them again soon!
