Accord Asian Cuisine

I would give zero stars but that's not an option. I look at these ratings and this is the "best" Chinese place in my location. Most people have low expectations of Chinese food so it can be misleading when one gets 5 or 4 stars because its basically a fast food service where ratings are basically based off speed. I wish this restaurant would've cooked my food longer or had some standard of cleanliness, as for I have suffered from food poisoning over the last 2 days. I will NEVER be ordering from this establishment again. Shame on you Accord Asian Cuisine.

This is the worst food I have ever had. I do not do reviews often but I truly felt compelled to do this one because it should be a domestic travesty that they are even in existence. Change chefs or clothes down. Its one of those things where they are neatly packaged but the contents is disgraceful. They should be a national disrespect to the cuisine culture....and IM SO SERIOUS. I was in the womans bathroom pukin, shakin and everything else from this food. . Dont trust it.

We have been looking for a new Chinese take out place to standardize on since Goodies closed last year. Tried Accord Asian, partially on the ratings. I got broccoli with garlic, which was ok but not great. Wife got chicken curry, which she refused to eat. Kids got miso soup with they rejected, and dumplings with they thought were ok. Food came in 45 mins. Still looking! -josh

There is something suspicious about the high ratings given to this restaurant. All of the most recent reviews are negative/one star, yet the aggregate rating is still 5 stars. How can this be? I made the mistake of ordering from here based on the high star rating. Unfortunately, I did not look at Yelp first, which has only a two-star rating for this restaurant. While my order this week was delivered promptly, the food was inedible and had to be thrown out. The Chicken Pad Thai I ordered had neither chicken nor flavor; the dish lacked many of the basic ingredients, including bean sprouts, found in the average Pad Thai. My husband's fried rice was excessively oily and extremely bland, despite requesting it be extra spicy. The one thing that Accord Asian must be good at is creating a bot that helps it generate high reviews despite all human reviewers having negative things to say about the restaurant. I hope that Seamless looks into the discrepancy between the human reviews and the excessively high aggregate rating. Without a reliable and trustworthy rating system, users would be better off with a more reliable metric, such as reorder rate. That would be more meaningful and honest than what is currently in place.

Zero stars! I have ordered from here about 10-15 times the past year with a sizable order. I ordered a few weeks ago and one of the two rolls I ordered was wrong. After some time on the phone I got them to re deliver. Tonight I ordered a soup and two rolls and one of the rolls was wrong. They told me they changed the menu this morning and would not deliver. The worse customer service and the biggest waste of $40. Will never order from accord AGAIN

Sadly not at all impressed. As a matter of fact, the pad Thai looked so sketchy that it didn't really look like pad Thai at all. The noodles were PINK!!! But from what, I have no idea... I've now come to the conclusion, when there's a menu (unless it's a diner) that has more than one type of cuisine, ie Thai, Japanese and whatever else, chances are its not going to be good.

We are doing a virtual tour of all delivery asian food in new york and this is one of the very worst so far. Egg drop soup cold and gelatinous -- tasted like the putty you use to fill gaps in the wall. Spring roll chunky -- contents like the stuffing in our sofa. Sesame beef was, I think, chicken, and deep fried in pancake batter (this is not a good thing). Dumplings cold and solid. Even the rice was poor. Shame, really.

Delivery took over an hour, the delivery guy gave my food to somebody else, I was given the wrong salad, and the food generally was less than mediocre.

Order NEVER arrived. Apparently it was delivered to the wrong address. We asked for a refund after waiting two hours and calling three times. Still waiting for the refund to process.

I agree with other reviews in terms of slow delivery, but the food is absolutely phenomenal and was still at a very warm temperature. Was skeptical to order hibachi for delivery but it far exceeded my expectations and was delicious. Will definitely order from here again!

Walked by the store the other day and it is closed. Based on the recent lousy reviews and my own experience the last two times I ordered, the orders are obviously being sent to a different location and the quality is terrible.

We had the chicken and beef pad thai. It doesn't taste like pad thai and the meat has a werid taste/texture. We are suspicious of the high ratings from 427 users with only 77 reviews, most of the recent ones are 1 stars. Def not ordering from here again.

Terrible. I wanted to cut my finger which press ORDER button. I never ordered or heard terrible restaurant in my life. I want to give them minus rate. We was waiting our food over 1 hour. We had to call them but they didnt pick up the phone. When we got our food, OMG... You can't believe this. The delivery man threw me our food. He didn't say nothing even 'HI' . Above all, the food from here was disaster. I ordered 'cold noodles with sesame sauce' but they gave me 'Noodles with PEANUT BUTTER'.. Can you believe it? So We ordered another food from another deli. We wasted our money and time to wait.
