ehhh.... for NYC pizza this was not good. Delivery was 20 minutes late, no one answers the phone, and the guy called me from the wrong entrance and I couldn't find him for about 10 minutes...

Fast delivery, good mozz sticks and bread, but they forgot the side of extra sauce I ordered and paid for and the penne vodka tastes like butter. One of the worst penne vodkas I've ever had.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Sad thing is their food is really good, however, their service is crap. I placed an order and added two of an item. They messed up the order by not added the second item (which was a duplicate). Instead of admitting the mistake and trying to fix it the guy told me I was wrong and argued with me about it. I will NEVER order from there again.

Antipasto only had provolone and a few slices of pepperoni and the garlic knots did not have enough garlic at all. Still haven't tried the calzone. Delivery was on time though.

This rating is for customer service. They called me to let me know a portion of my order was not available (updating the menu would be a good idea.) I asked to cancel my order and the person on the other end of the phone didn't know how to do that. I asked if I could speak to someone else in the restaurant. I don't think he understood what I was asking. He just kept saying "my boss not here." I now have to call back later tonight or Monday and have the boss cancel my order. So if 1) the cook is the only one there 2) what happens when someone comes in off the street and orders food? 3) does he know how to run a credit card? It's all very odd. Will not be (attempting) to order from this place again.

I've ordered from them multiple times and every time it's great! The food is SO good, and I totally recommend any of their baked pasta dishes. Just stay away from the wings, they're far from New York standard.

The pizza was greasy. And half of my order didn't get here at first.

ordered appetizer combo and chicken pizza. after every second of 45+ minutes to arrive, (which is long for NYC)...I sat down to eat. When I opened the box, THE PIZZA WAS 1/2 UPSIDE DOWN. Clearly it had been dropped. Luckily it wasnt too difficult to put the toppings back on, because the pizza was cold. After I took one bite...I threw it away and ordered from somewhere else. The appetizer combo was below average. Overly greasy fried mixture. The only thing worth noting was the Honey Mustard dipping sauce. Which, I asked for (and paid extra)...which they forgot. Skip this one. I paid $42 dollars. I would have rather had a punch in the face.

The pizza is really good. Soft crust and very tasty. The chicken "fingers" on the menu are actually WINGS and they come with buffalo sauce instead of honey mustard. When I called to tell them that they sent the wings instead of the chicken fingers, their reply was "WE DON'T HAVE CHICKEN FINGERS ON OUR MENU. Only wings". Then he said sorry and hung up. I called Seamless Web to tell them what happened, and they took the dish off of my bill right away. I had ordered the dish for my kids to eat, and obviously couldn't eat the wings. Plus, $7.50 for 5 tiny little fried wings is laughable.
