Cheesesteak was very good, I asked for everything to be diced together and they followed instruction. The sicilian pizza was tasty enough but they skimped a bit on the cheese.

The fact that they do more than cheesesteaks should give us the hint... NO TASTE, SKIMPY, and the food came cold... Go elsewhere.

Just had them bring me the wrong sandwich. When I called Alberto's, their solution was for me to wait for a delivery guy to come pick up the wrong order, bring it back to them so they could verify, then wait for them to cook a new sandwich and send it out. You can do better for cheesesteaks in Chelsea. Spend your money elsewhere.

I was almost dissuaded from ordering this by past negative reviews, but really wanted a cheesesteak, so I went ahead and got it. I was not disappointed! It's a large, hearty sandwich with plenty of flavor. I got the pizza cheese steak and waffle fries, which were also nice, crunchy and flavorful.

Not good! Pizza had thick crust even though we ordered thin and was in general not very delicious! Lasagne almost didn't have any meat or sauce in it and the caprese was two pieces of tomato and a lot of cheese thrown into together. Will definitely not order from this place again.
