Amelia's Diner

I love the soup from Amelia's, the best I have had so far. Unfortunately I had to give three stars verse five because of delivery. Amelia's delivery is TERRIBLE! I think waiting 90mins for a soup and a butter roll to be delivered is ridiculous. They need improvement here.

I order from Amelia's on Saturday's for breakfast. They not only deliver incredibly quickly, like within 15 minutes, but the food is always piping hot, and delicious. The delivery guy always has a smile on his face and is very cordial. i wish they were open on Sunday, i'd love to be able to order from them then as well. A great little spot to enjoy some good food.

Great for diner food. Super speedy delivery. And (as far as I know) they don't grumble when I ask for special things and changes to menu items. Oh, and did I mention they have the BEST COFFEE in the area? They do. Try it.

I ordered breakfast at work because I was hungover - pretty standard, broccoli omelette with home fries and a side of bacon. Typical diner fare - not disappointing, hearty and tasty. Just what the doctor ordered.

Terrible service. Said 15-30 min delivery, switched to 30-45, an hour later, the food is still not here. They are down the block. Orderer beware.

When I order for pickup they're fast and courteous - and when I've ordered for delivery it's the same. FIRST time I've eaten every piece of chicken I've ordered. I'm not from NYC and it's rare that I find somewhere that satifies my tastebud like at home. Delicious food, clean restaurant, fast delivery - no complaints . . . I forgot to request salt, but that's my fault

Yummy omelettes & fast delivery. Pass on the french fries - pretty sure they were the frozen kind. Home fries are pretty good though.

Food is good (not great), but the delivery is always the most unpleasant experience. Some of the rudest delivery people I have ever encountered in NYC. I've been hung up on, yelled at, and had my food thrown on the floor by these guys. Not worth it.

they forgot the 2 poland spring waters, buffalo sauce and it took 20 mins more then quoted. called them and they said they were busy, placed me on hold and hung up. i order all the time - will reconsider now.

Normal delivery time, food is packed well so that nothing spills out. Food was hot and fresh, pretty good overall!
