Amici Pizza

This place is delicious!!! I have ordered from Amici Pizza at least twice a week for the last month. The chicken parm sandwich is very tasty and fresh. The wraps are made with love and taste amazing. The delivery man is always here before scheduled time and always smiling. These guys know how to make quality food. It sometimes can be like a chore to find proper delivery in the LES but not with this place ever!! I am a very picky girl, and love a place that you can make your own salads and also have some chocolate moose cake when feeling like a fat kid.. This place hits the spot.. Thanks.... The pizza is nothing to write home about and isn't the best in New York, but the delivery is SUPER fast and the small cheese pizza is a ton of food for not much money. Consistently good and quick

The pizza took an hour and a half to be delivered after the quoted 20-40 mins. After calling several times, I was notified the pizza would be delivered "any minute," yet this was at the 50 minute mark and took another 40 mins before it eventually came! It finally came and the pizza was garbage. I would NEVER order from them again nor would I recommend their terrible service/food to anyone.

I am writing this review because of the horrible experience I had with New Amici. I placed my order through seamless, and received a confirmation of a 50-75 minute wait. After an hour of waiting, I called Amici's to see if the pizza was on it's way. All I got was a busy signal. I waited another 20 minutes and called back several times. Each time receiving a busy signal. When I finally got through, the phone just rang and rang and rang. No one picked up. My pizza never showed up and I waited over 2 hours and was unable to cancel the order as they wouldn't answer their phone. When I called for a refund, the guy on the phone was incredibly rude and pushy. Will not order from them again.

worst pizza ive had in new york city. when it arrived all of the cheese had slid off so it was just a mound of really thick dough and cheese. i ordered a margarita pizza; they gave me a gross pizza with sliced tomatos and basil in a container on the side that i had to break up and add to the pizza myself-- so absurd. seriously dont order from here.

I placed an order with Amici, and they never delivered my food. I called multiple times, and each time they said it was on its way. 3.5 hrs later, it never came.

MADE ME WAIT FOR TWO HOURS BEFORE TELLING ME THEY HAD NOT EVEN PUT MY PIZZA IN THE OVEN YET. I HAD TO CANCEL MY ORDER TWO HOURS LATER AND ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE -- THIS PLACE SERIOUSLY WASTED MY TIME - THE GUY AT THE PHONE DID NOT APOLOGIZE.

I'm not sure where or why these people had such bad experiences. Its seriously one of my favorite places to eat in New York. I normally order the Eggplant panini and its impossible to find a better sandwich than that! If they are out, I got to the trusty standby of pizza and that is delicious. I like Chicago style pizza but this is the only kind of New York pizza I can deal with. I'll admit, the first time we ordered from them it took forever, but since then the service has been fast. ORDER!

i order from Amici a lot because I like that you can create your own pasta and their sauce is pretty good. The only problem is that they always forget one or more of the ingredients in my make your own pasta. Each ingredient is $1+, so it's frustrating. Today, for example, I ordered peppers, broccoli and chicken, but there aren't any peppers in my pasta =(
