We placed an order at 11am for a 12pm delivery. I called them at 12:15pm and was told that the delivery person should be there within a few minutes. They called me back at 12:30pm and said that they had problems with the system and can't do deliveries that day. They asked if I want to pick it up or cancel the order. I asked about picking it up and if the food is ready and it turned out that the food order was never put through and it would have taken another 40 minutes to have it prepared. I asked them to cancel the order and now I see that they still charged $60 for the order. I will have to dispute that amount through AmEx.
