Terrible service!! We ordered our food and it said it would be 30-45 minutes for delivery.....2 HOURS later our food still had not arrived! We called twice and both times they told us it was on the way (lies). Then once it finally arrived, the food was disgustingly greasy and cold! This place is one of my favorite restaurants! Terrible staff Sunday night!

I really liked my food (I ordered a diet coke, a guava bread pudding & the ropa vieja, which also comes with rice & beans, though that's not mentioned in the seamless description), it was delivered quickly, and their customer service was AWESOME. After the delivery guy left, I opened up the bag and realized they'd forgotten my diet coke. I called up and they were very friendly on the phone and said they'd get one to me in 2 minutes. And unlike every other experience with a missing item on seamless, where either it takes forever to arrive or never shows up at all, the guy actually came back within two minutes! AND he gave me two diet cokes instead of just the single one I'd ordered to help make up for the error. I would definitely order again based on both the quality of the food and the level of service.

Worst Cuban sandwiches I've ever had!!! Expensive and the food was of very poor quality. The appetizers. fried calamaries, was the only thing that I can say was ok from the order. Plus, this order took FOREVER to arrive!!! Never again!!
