An Nhau

I'm giving this three stars, even though they probably don't deserve it. The food is decent, but like all the other reviews, I've noticed that the sizes and quality are slowly diminishing over time. They have also raised their prices many times since opening. That wouldn't be so bad if it were to maintain amazing quality! But that's not been the case. So sad, this was a great addition to our neighborhood...but at this pace, they will be gone soon. An Nhau, do you READ THESE REVIEWS?? They are dead on, and you can learn a lot from them! Please act before you go under from unhappy patrons!

Utterly expensive for what you get that you think it is a scam! Okay...I used to like An Nhau, but this place is falling apart. Back in the days, they had a pretty nice menu, with even lunch special for 8 bucks. They got rid of the lunch special, then they reduced the menu selection ( compare with Menu Pages which still show the old menu ); and now and as other pointed out, they shrunk the portions ( a lot )...my summer roll was so tiny that the shrimp were wrap all around the roll...and if you go there, service is terrible with long wait even when empty. I now hope one thing : that they go out of business as soon as possible, so a nicer restaurant will replace them.

I really want to like this place. Really. The food ranges from mediocre to excellent (see meatball sandwich). The problem is the delivery. In fairness to An Nhau we tend to order when we are hungry -- not in anticipation of being hungry. Waiting 2 hours for food when you are hungry is less than acceptable. Waiting 2 hours on a Monday night plus the cook time required to reheat your entire meal (ice cold pho plus raw meat anyone?) is ridiculous. Oh, by the way, we live 5 minutes away. And Team Delivery still hasn't figure out how to use a buzzer.

Best tasting pho that delivers to my apt but seriously guys, it's 11 bucks for the classic pho with a delivery min of 15. I have been noticing the pho's serving size is getting smaller and smaller every single time I order. That's just dishonest. Although it tastes good, I'm giving 2 stars.

Its not bad, albeit a bit inconsistent. Usually fresh ingredients and prompt delivery. The Chicken Pho is nice and clean, using meat cut right off the bone. I would recommend the Spring rolls, but for 3 small rolls @ $9, I can't say they are worth the price of admission.

This food was inedible. I ordered spring rolls and a pork sandwich. In both cases the pork was thoroughly cooked and too fatty to eat- I mean a mouthful of fat! Disgusting.

most recently, i ordered pickup from them. they said it'd be ready within 15 minutes, so that's when i showed up. i spent 45 minutes waiting for my food, even though the cashier said it'd be just '10 more minutes' every 10 minutes. on top of that, the food was pretty mediocre compared to what i'm used to from them. they used to be great, now they're okay. might give 'em a couple months before i try again to see if they've improved at all.

I used to order here all the time. Lately, it seems they've cut the amount of food you receive by delivery in half. Also, they are always forgetting small things I've ordered. Perhaps they aren't reading the ticket right?? In any event, good food, though it seems you are better off eating at the restaurant.

I'd like to rate this higher because the food was pretty good. Unfortunately, the delivery and service was terrible. I ordered online, around 8pm. The food arrived promptly but they forgot my friend's dinner. I called and they told me that they would send it out to me. An hour later, no sandwich. I called again, was told it would be there within 15-20 mins. ANOTHER HOUR goes by. Its 10:35pm. I call again. Ask for a manager, to which the girl that I've been speaking to all night says ,"Well, like, um, I'm in charge tonight." I ask again for a manager's name. She offers me a code for a free sandwich "like, the next time that you come in." I'm never ordering from here again. Simple mistake that was not dealt with properly.

Ordered chicken pho soup and veggie spring rolls. Got regular spring rolls instead. Soup was good, rolls were trashed. Both came hot and on time though :)

They delivered me raw beef (as in entirely uncooked) in my soup. Also the order didn't arrive for an hour and a half even though it should have been here within 50 minutes. Terrible place to order from.
