Love Anita's. Very fast and always delicious food... they don't cheap out on sandwich ingredients like many other places do.

I ordered a Grilled Chicken In Tomato Basil Wrap. I received a completely different sandwich, something that had chicken and lettuce, it also included american cheese which I am allergic to. I called the restaurant, thinking it was a simple mistake, they thus informed me that the item was no longer on the menu and that we got an "acceptable" alternative. After some very rude dialog, I was told they would not send me another sandwich of my choosing, nor would they refund the order. I was forced to settle for some cold pizza I had left over. Edit: After emailing seamless about the incident (the next day), they contacted the restaurant owner, who then in turn called me. Anita herself called and apologized profusely. She noted that she was incredibly sorry and offered to send me another sandwich. I thought this was a nice gesture, and am hence upping my rating from 1 to 3 stars.

horrible!!!!! place order at 8pm, confirmation email come in 5 minutes, but receive call at 8:30pm saying the food I order is sold out, and they end up deliver the food at 9:15pm, the food is cold, the bacon is overcook. Never order from this place again.

SUPER cheap on the bacon on the BEC sammy....ordered extra bacon and its still only like 2 pieces on a 5 dollar egg sandwich. Not cool. Also, ordered a XXX vitamin water and they gave me vitamin water zero...stuff is gross. tastes like chemicals.

First time ordering from here and was VERY pleased! Ordered for a group, most of which is very loyal to another breakfast place, but convinced them to try due to the 20% off for first order...Everyone was happy and concensus is to go back soon! Bagels where huge, eggs cooked perfectly (including the western omlete), Toast was not rubber (had that at many other places), tomtatos were fresh (not mealy), Iced Coffe got the thumbs up too! I took a risk and was pleased!

The oatmeal was a LITTLE runny, but was fine. Good amount of raisins and cinnamon. The egg sandwich was good, the scrambled eggs were properly cooked. The egg white sandwich was fine-- very difficult to mess up, admittedly. The delivery was fast and the food was hot. Very happy.

I have never done a "rating" before, but I should tell you my experience. I placed an order for a cheesesteak with mushrooms and fries. The place calls me 5 minutes after ordering telling me that they have no fries will I substitute something. I said sure, give me another cheesesteak, for which the guy wanted me to give the deliverymen an extra 2 dollars cash. He then tells me that he has no mushrooms, but can substitute green peppers. I hate green peppers and just wanted to cancel the whole thing but he tells me he cant cancel. That I have to take the food because Im paying regardless. Crazy experience. Avoid this place.

You have to keep in mind that this is a deli, so order nothing fancy and you'll be okay. The tuna salad hero I got was great, but the reuben I got for dinner was kind of sad. Just corned beef and a tiny bit of kraut on untoasted rye bread. So yes to basic sandwiches and deli things, but don't order anything that requires a little creativity.

The food isnt the best here, but it's a great value. You can order breakfast and lunch for all around $10.

Do not order from here... It took an hour for my order to arrive, and when it did arrive, there was a mistake. So, I called back to ask them to bring me what I had ordered and they told it me it was too cold to venture out again... I finally got them to come back by promising to give them back the wrong order... THE WORST!

If you actually are lucky enough to receive the order you placed than the food will be great. Usually they just do what the want.
