Consistently great. We order the tuna melt and d'onzo special with two big vitamin waters every weekend. I got the pancakes once and they were as good as delivered pancakes are gonna be. The BLT and Turkey Delight taste great and are a good value. I've only had one issue ever with service, and they corrected the problem quickly. Otherwise I've only experienced terrific service. My only complaint: PLEASE add chips to your menu! I would order chips every time.

I order from here all the time I even go in store for purchases I've never had a problem with food or service. This is my go to place when I'm hungry. They are also open late on the weekends.

This place was terrible. I had seen all the positive reviews, and wanted to give it a try. The delivery was stone cold (on a freezing day it was delivered in a plastic bag on handlebars), the omelette we ordered was flipped and smashed on one side, and leaked all over the bag on to the sandwich. It was just a soggy wet mess of paper, packaging, and inedible food. When I called the restaurant, they offered no solutions and just said "what do you want us to do?" I said I wanted a refund I guess, since they didn't offer to remake the order and redeliver, and they said they couldn't do that, and I would have to contact seamless. Total fail. Food looked gross anyway (didn't get to try it), screwed up order, and zero attempt at customer service. If you want a sandwich, order from Pops. Food is great, delivery is awesome, and the people are fantastic. And they are GREAT at delivering fries, I don't know what kind of voodoo they use for that.

Excellent food, awful service. They've forgotten something literally every time I've ordered. And only sometimes do they follow through on sending someone back. I've had it with this place.

This was a a15 minute delivery. I've never had a 15 minute delivery from any restaurant I've ever ordered from ever. Will definitely order from again.

Yummy huge sandwiches. Speedy delivery. Not much more you could ask for (though a wheat bread/hero option would be appreciated!). Recommended.
