took over an hour. fish and chips were abysmal. they should give up on that one. steak was really overdone. two simple dishes, really badly executed.

Food was NOT GOOD. Rueben sandwich was served on UN-toasted bread so what arrived was a wilted, floppy, wet sandwich. French Onion soup was flavorless and salty. Burger was only ok. Coleslaw was decent. They sent over the wrong sodas as well. Would not order from here again.

Arrived piping hot and very quickly (although I am right across the street, so results may vary -- don't judge, it's raining out!). The food is pretty damn good. I was a little wary paying 5$ for a side of string beans but they're sauteed in garlic and lemon, so worth it. Also the mac and cheese is fantastic, and even a little spicy, which is new, but pleasant. I found myself starting to avoid the bacon and mushrooms after a while (it was just... too much. I was having bacon burps for hours). It IS a little pricy, but it's Tribeca, and I've been let down so many times for less money. Worth it.

Awesome place with really good food. Love the sliders, warm goat cheese salad and fried calamari...they also make great brick oven pizzas. Work down the block so I stop in for drinks pretty often and order lunch regularly. Definitely one of my go to spots!

Terrible food. Crab cakes were cold and tasted soggy. Burger came really overcooked and with no condiments or anything. It's like they have no experience delivering food in NYC.

I read that this restaurant's location is one of those places that is a black hole for restaurants and if this is an indication, it will probably be the same case for this restaurant. I ordered my burger rare, it came completely well done. It did not come with lettuce or tomato, it was just a plain burger. No ketchup or mustard either. Ordered cole slaw to go with the burger, came with french fries. I also ordered the apple cobbler, they gave me more vanilla ice cream than cobbler - only about a small ice cream scoop's worth of cobbler came in the order. For $8 dollars, I expect more than that.

OUTSTANDING burger one of the best on seamless.Fries were just ok next I'm going with the coleslaw. Can't wait to try the other menu items!!
