Aoki Japanese Restaurant

Placed an order at 2/22 at 11:30am. I did not get my food until an hour and half later. I ordered Gyoza's and they were freezing cold already. I regret tipping. From now on, I will tip separately based on when the food arrives. I have been a loyal customer ... spending more money that I should at your restaurant. Extremely disappointed this time.

Bad customer service and terrible delivery system. If you're looking for a reliable place to deliver your food, Aoki isn't the place. It took them 45 minutes to figure out who delivered my food and almost 2 hours to get my food.

I used to love to order from Aoki, but lately the deleivery service has been terrible!!! I have waited over an hour when orders used to cone in 15 minutes (15 minutes was a long wait)! It's been getting worse and worse....

Very disapointing... I took two sushis and realized that a single sushi piece was more than $4. The sushi was OK but definitelly not $4 worth. I also had a Yaki Soba and was horrified when I saw that it was only vulgar Ramen... There are better japanese places in this area.

The raw fish was above average (not great by any means) in quality but the portion size is way below average, even for Japanese food standards. Six small pieces of raw fish in a Chirashi for $15 just doesn’t cut it in my book.

This is one of our favorite Japanese restaurants. We used to eat here when my husband worked on time square and we enjoyed it just as much from Seamless web. Their sushi is wonderful fresh and their cooked dishes very tasty.

Food is fine, but they always screw up the order. It's happened every single time I've ordered from them, and I'm fed up. I don't care how good the sushi is, it's not worth the hour wait to get the wrong order. I'm done with Aoki!

Last Friday we ordered from Aoki to have our food delivered at 12:30pm. It did not arrive until 1:45pm. Each time we contacted the restaurant, they informed us that our order was out for delivery. Once it arrived, one ordered was missing all but one item.

I wish I can give a zero instead of 1 star. Waited 40 minutes and no delivery. I called two times and they were telling me it's on the way, for 30 minutes!!! Had to cancel through seamless.com who has a great customer support.

I didn't like the sushi at all. I had one piece and threw it out. Can't seem to find any good sushi places in the area :(. The other food on the menu, however, is really good.

Been eating here for years and it never disappoints: the salmon jalapeno tartar is a favorite, and their unaju (grilled eel) is excellent! of course their sushi and sashimi are great as well (miso soup also a favorite). super-fast delivery to top it off.
