Aprovecho

I ordered from Aprovecho last night and was horrfied and disgusted with my findings. TRULY VILE. I'd say if you love wasting money ($33), wasting time (1 hour), receiving the wrong food (no chips) and wanting to throw your dinner in the trash, order from here. The fact that this restaurant is close to my apt just makes me uncomfortable. Not only were the portions the size of tapas, the food was equivalent to mulch and they didnt even bring my entire order. When I called to complain (twice) they lied about where the food was and baffled like clueless teenagers. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. If you somehow make the mistake of ordering from here, CALL THEM AND CANCEL before the food arrives. And if it gets to the point where it's being delivered to you, THROW THE FOOD AWAY (step on it first). If you somehow end up eating it, START A JUICE CLEANSE IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING and rid yourself of this disaster. NEVER EVER AGAIN, APROVECHO! NEVER!

I love Aprovecho. I've been there/ordered 6 times and always enjoy the food. Taco, enchilada, chimichanga, taco bowl...all delicious. The service is attentive, and quick. This is my go-to Mexican restaurant in the area.

The prices are high and the food was not very tasty? Also, very small potions. Would not order from Aprovecho again.

Solid, consistently good food is why we keep ordering from here. We've been frequenting "879-TACO" (as the kids call it) for more than 10 years. Now that we live 5 blocks away, we tend to order delivery more than we visit in person, and the food is consistently good!

Terrible. The food came was under cooked and watery. No flavor. This was by far the worst thing I have ever ordered from anywhere. My wife and I were sick for daays after. Avoid at all costs!

I've been trying to find a Mexican restaurant to order from on the UES for a long time and I am so happy I finally found this place. The delivery is incredibly fast and the food is exactly what I am looking for...great taste AND great quality. (It also doesn't hurt that the price is definitely right!) I will 100% be ordering from here again.

Guac was good. Meat in the tacos was good. Don't order the nachos. They are boring as can be - just a bunch of tortilla chips with melted shredded cheese on top. Would advise against ordering tacos with hard shells; by the time they got here the shells were soggy.

this was by far some of the worst mexican food i have ordered UES. the ground beef taco was almost creamy and overly sweet like it was mixed with a beef paste. the quesadilla cheese wasn't melted all the way. and the beef empanada was stuffed with the same weird not really beef filling. won't order from again. the tortilla also wasn't home made like some of the other local texmex places. 2 stars for fast delivery.

WOW! This must be the worst food I have had in manhattan! I couldnt eat it, the ground beef was just gross! Tasted like it had sugar in in! The taco came although crunchy, it was soft by the time it got here. No second chances here, GROSS!

Was incredibly disappointed with the below mediocre food. Ordered three separate items, all terribly prepared. Vegetable Nachos were repulsive, carrots, celery, spinach, broccoli on NACHOS?? The missed the boat here, these ingredients are more suited to soup. Fish Tacos, UNDERWHELMING. Taco Special - poor performing. Will not eat here again!
