Arbor Bistro

The pad thai was ok, but they did not get the order correct. They took over an hour and a half to deliver to my office, and did not answer any phone calls placed by either myself or the Seamless rep I was working with! EDITED 5/10: Arbor Bistro called and personally apologized asking to make good on their mistake. Round 2 came very fast, and I was really impressed by how they went above and beyond to make us happy. The sushi is much better than the pad thai!

I love their XO special. The chicken is great and the sauce does it justice. Always comes ridiculously quick. I will continue to order from Arbor Bistro often.

This was my first time ordering from Arbor. I ended up with a salmon cucumber roll and chicken pad thai. Both were excellent and fresh and at my door within 15-20 minutes. I will definitely be ordering from Arbor again.

The fish on the Rainbow Roll was chewy and inedible. My coworkers order from here all the time and everything is great, but this roll was very disappointing. I hope it was just a one-time occurrence.

The delivery arrived just a few minutes past the promised 30 minute cut off, which was fine by me. And as far as the food, the green curry dish was quite good but the chicken pad thai arrived without chicken. An honest mistake and the restaurant agreed to send another order including chicken. The delivery guy was very polite and nice about having to come a second time, and I was grateful to finally get to tuck into some food after travelling all day, but I was very disappointed. I couldn't tell the difference between the chicken and the egg (ha!) - the chicken was in tiny scraps and barely there. There was also a huge chunk of tofu in the middle that shouldn't have been there, either. Anyway, regardless of the size or amount of chicken (or tofu), the pad thai wasn't very good. Not greasy or oily, but not very satisfying and made differently than pad thai I've had just about anywhere else in NY and otherwise. I would be open to ordering a curry dish from here again, but I wasn't very impressed as how can you screw up an "old standby" dish that badly?

Was cautious about a place that offers both Thai and Japanese but it's actually a really good lunch spot. The rolls and edamame are fresh and tasty, and delivery is fast and reliable. Skip the mango salad though - pretty soggy.

Ordered delivery yesterday and it was fantastic! I have never written a review but felt compelled after yesterday's service. Not only did my delivery come super fast (20 minutes and i live in union square), but they actually called me to say that the chili sauce that I requested on the side wouldn't taste good with the dish and if they could just cook it extra spicy for me instead. I was floored! I ordered the Singapore noodles which was BEYOND DELISH!! and just as they had promised, the perfect level of spice! Definitely one of my top delivery joints in the city!
