My husband and I have ordered from this place a couple times, and both times I felt that, while the food was reasonably good, it was way overpriced. The ingredients are very fresh, but the flavors are all a bit bland for my liking -- I like my dishes with garlic to be really garlicky, but all the ones I've tried here had little to no garlic flavor. The small step up in overall quality does not justify the huge step up in price. My husband really liked the lasagna, but I have yet to find a dish I like very much. I would say, unless it's some dish in particular that no other place has, you get better value from Cafe Buon Gusto. It's a shame that Oh My Pasta closed, that place was actually worth the higher prices.

Everything we ordered was incredibly disappointing (all the more so for being 20-30% overpriced in comparison with other Italian places in the area). "Risotto" = wet rice. "Carbonara" = overpowering onions, "off" taste in general. "Lasagna" = bland. Save your cash.

I no longer live in the Heights but was thrilled to see they'd deliver to Cobble Hill. The food is amazing, but I'm giving it 4 stars because it's pricey. And the minimum online seems outrageous, so I can only order from them when I have company over as well--otherwise I'd definitely order more frequently.
