Aroma Espresso Bar (UWS)

Been over 90 minutes and still waiting for my order. Cannot get a hold of Aroma on the phone and getting increasingly more frustrated. Don't be on Seamless web if you cannot offer acceptable delivery service.

Every time I've ordered from here my order was fine and it was well before the estimated time. Tonight we ordered and it took longer than the 45-60 minutes ETA and the egg croissant was greasy and limp, the cookie was one miniature cookie and instead of the chocolate croissant we got two slices of plain bread. The iced coffees were ok...

I never write reviews but service was a disaster and food inedible! All I wanted to was have a salad, a cup of coffee and sit on the terrace .... if they cannot get that right no way I would order from this place.

No idea how the food is today since it has been over 90 minutes since we ordered and the food is no where in sight. When we called to ask - they were super rude on the phone. And lied to us - they told us the order was on the way, but they hadn't even asked our name or any information about our order. Never again.

The food is good - but GO THERE DON"T GET DELIVERY. This place is a nightmare for delivery, it always take a lot longer than they say it will, and by the time it gets to me its cold. I have ordered from here a few times (maybe 5) and not once has the order been 100% correct. Always forget 1 item, or no sauce provided or no bread with the soup. They are clearly very busy and its impacting their service.

The food is great. However, they always screw up my order. It's been every time, they have either screwed up one thing, or the whole order entirely. My food is always soaking wet because the drinks spill EVERYTIME

Ordered twice. Both times only partial order was delivered. Waited for two hours and they were still trying to get their act together in the kitchen. Only response was that delivery and kitchen busy.

I ordered some pastries and cookis which were gross. The brownie was OK, the fresh squeezed OJ was good, but spilled out over half my order.

Forgot my cappuccino when I ordered the croissant/cappuccino combo and 40 minutes later the delivery person hadn't even left. Canceled my coffee- what a disappointing morning.

This place sucks! Food took 2 hours to arrive and then when arrived everything was cold, order was wrong and coffee cups were empty b/c the delivery guy must have spilled them. Don't ruin your morning like we did by ordering from this place!!!!!
