not only did I not receive part of my order (and the food I did receive was cold), but after being told that it was on the way it still hasn't arrived even though it's been over an hour

I was going to have a salad because I wanted to be healthy. So I got the Taco Salad. If deliciousness was health, then this would be one of the healthiest things in the world.

I ordered food and waited 45 minutes to no avail. I called to check the status of my order and with great indifference, they told me they do not deliver to my address. Mind you, I've order from them before and they always delivered. Apparently, that changed but they never called to tell me - but that did not stop them from charging my credit card. When I pointed this out to them, they said "call seamless." Needless to say, I will not be ordering from them again.

Wow. I am really shocked that so many people have had a good experience with this place. Cold food. Wet nachos. "Wild Rice" which is actually WHITE rice. A sixty dollar order of barely edible "food". Never again.

You expect a cheese enchilada to be a little greasy, but this enchilada took it to new heights. Red sauce was watery and not that flavorful.

Food is always very good...never any disappointments...usually fast delivery, I had an issue once where they didn't get my order but after I called it was delivered promptly.

I like their food, it just almost always arrives cold. I am not sure why this is. I realize I live on 49th and they are at 40th, but does my food really get that cold in 9 blocks, or the bigger question is how long did it sit there before the delivery gentleman brought it too me? This place is great if you are going to eat in house.

The burritos are HUGE! The duck taquitos were fantastic. Guac was great but the chips were the worst chips I've ever had. I will be ordering from this place again for sure!
