Very good pizza. Mine always comes within a reasonable amount of time, but I live very close (like a 2 minute walk) from the restaurant.

For the second time, I ordered on Seamless and they "forgot" my order. I'm now 2 hours later and still no delivery. I've called twice: the first time they (lied) told me it was out for delivery (90 minutes later) and the second time I called they told me the order hadn't been processed so it would be a "while." A shame. It's good Pizza but their honesty and ability to deliver is pathetic, at best. Shame on you all.

I was so looking forward to delicious pizza and have heard great things about Artichoke. Unfortunately, my Sicilian slice was very badly burnt -- black on the bottom, not dark brown but BLACK, and really greasy. Also, when it was delivered, the cheese had stuck to the top of the box so there was hardly any left on the pizza. My husband said the meatballs were pretty good, but the pizza was very disappointing.

Delivery window said 45 but waited an hour and a half for the pizza to come in a smooshed cold soggy box!! And it was too salty!!!!! No one even answered the phone when I tried to check on the order. NEVER AGAIN

a) delivery window says "30-45 minutes", it took an hour b) the pizza was cold c) we clearly noted in the notes section "no onions or cheese on the salad, please" yet the salad arrived with lots of onions and TWO kinds of cheese. We will NEVER order from Artichoke again.

Somehow everything I tried were oversalted. This includes meatball, pizza, and breadsticks. I would avoid this place.

Food was delivered one and a half hour after order was placed. Moreover the pizza--the signature artichoke pizza--was terrible, greasy and halfway folded over itself, totally tasted just like lots of cheese and crust, no real flavor, little of the artichoke taste.

after waiting over an hour for delivery, everything was inedible! the pizza was burned and everything was extremely salty! we threw everything away it was truly disgusting

Not only did the delivery take forever but it was the greasiest, most sickening pizza I've ever seen. We order 1/4 pizzas and they were tiny and EXPENSIVE. Not sure I will ever try it again.

it litterally took 1.5 hours to get the food. the pizza was stupidly huge and due to too much salt basically unedible. The fried artichoke hearts unedible due to a an overly salted and bad batter. And I love salt... Never again.

This was a bad experience. We ordered, and instead of it taking 30 or 45 minutes as it says on this site, it took an hour and 15 minutes. Then the pizza was cold, and the order was wrong. When I called to tell them they brought the wrong food, they answered the phone at first, passed me around to a bunch of people (the bar area, then the kitchen staff, then back to the bar) and then stopped answering the phone when I called. I had to call from another number to get them to answer again. I was yelling or mad, I just wanted them to know and us to get the food we ordered. They put me on hold, and then hung up on me, and didn't answer when I called back from any phone. It was crazy. I do not recommend.
