Over an hour wait and still no delivery. No apology. Terrible service. Would recommend you do not order from here.

I took a chance ordering from here and was let down. The wanton soup was extremely salty and lacking wantons. It was also all over the bag and receipt. The "steamed chicken dumplings" seamed to have been seared and did not taste fresh. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Just received the food here & it's awful. The salad dressing is runny and they serve it over iceberg lettuce = salad. The chirashi lunch says that it is 10 pieces but it is 8 thinly sliced pieces. I wouldn't order from here again.

Do NOT order from here. I had to wait close to 2 hours. They told me that the delivery person had left a message on my phone which was a lie. They were not willing to deliver ASAP so I canceled the order.

Do not order from this restaurant unless you are ready to wait two hours to receive your food--in spite of being promised delivery within 20-40 minutes, and with several intermediate steps of having to return the incorrect order and then wait again until they finally bring the correct order.

Had the Soft Bean Curd in Spicy Sauce Lunch Special. Light and delicate -- as were the wontons in the soup. Perfectly seasoned. Not too salty. My new favorite restaurant. Keep doing what you do, Heavenly Bamboo.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Unless of course you want a lunch special to take more than an hour to arrive. Oh and if you like Sweet and Sour Sauce without any Sweet and Sour Sauce then this is the place for you! Enjoy!

I ordered Juicy Dumplings, beef chow fun, and General Tso's Chicken. Pretty standard food for a Chinese restaurant in NYC. Somehow, the only thing they managed to get somewhat right were the Juicy Dumplings (which were cold). The chicken was tasteless, cold, and chewy. They were all out of Chow Fun so they asked if they could substitute pad thai noodles instead...they're just not the same. The only saving grace was that they threw in 2 Coors Lights because of the noodle swap. Even with the free beer, I will never order from here again. On top of all this, they didn't even give us fortune cookies!! There are much better restaurants in the neighborhood, so don't waste your time here.

I'm trying all the steamed juicy buns (xiao long bao) from all the restaurants around midtown and this one definitely comes last. the only place there is any "crab" anything is this tiny lump on top of the bun - the filling inside is a bunch of pork fat and/or tendons. The texture is pebbly/crumbly and dry - not something you want in soup buns. No comparison to Joe Shanghai or even John Shanghai. I ate one and threw the rest out. Also got their shrimp dumplings which I thought was a popular dish so I might as well try it. There are long strands of ginger in the filling, which isn't even a filling, it's just 2 tiny shrimps. The shell is doughy and not thin and delicate. They looked pretty but not good at all. I have been ordering almost daily from Seamless for months now and this is the first time the food has been so bad I felt compelled to come on here to review and warn everyone. If I could give this negative stars, I would.

The food and deliver time was fine except I ordered chocolate ice cream and it was over frozen and obviously old. It was literally chocolate ice chips. So the food was fine but don't order the ice cream.

They changed all my order and did not bring what I asked. I gave tip on the website and the deliver man was asking for a lot of tip when he was late. The miso Soup was water.
