While not a mind blowing or especially specific culinary experience, Asian Express offers good food and an enormous variety of things to order. Delivery is fast (I am about 1 ave away) and things seem well packaged. I really like their "design your own" stir fry option which allows easy and nicely varied customization within the seamless menus.

I made the mistake of ordering dinner from here tonight. The order took 1 hour and 15 minutes to arrive. I was craving pan fried noodles with beef and they gave me a large container of meat and vegetables with the smallest container of noodles I have ever seen. It was really pathetic. The crab rangoon appetizer was not crispy at all and very mushy. I didn't taste it but my girlfriend said the hot and sour soup tasted like it had chemicals in it. The only good thing from our order tonight was the can of coke. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM ASIAN EXPRESS AGAIN.

I ordered over an hour ago. When I called to ask about my delivery, they hung up on me... Update: over two hours later, my food made its sad, cold arrival. Inedible. Oh, and they got my order wrong. Thanks Asian Express.

This was the worst delivery experience I have ever had. The food came over 2 hours after we ordered it. We called 4 times, and each time they kept telling us that they were 5 minutes away. When we finally tried to cancel the order and go somewhere else, they wouldn't let us. And on top of all that, the food was mediocre at best. I will never order from Asian Express again.

Received deliver of kung po chicken & lo main dinner specials. Chicken smelled BAD, Lo mein dish was awful, inedible. We called Asian Express, who didn't sound surprised that the food was bad but said "what do you want us to do about it?" We said we want to send it back! They said their delivery person went home for the night & to just throw it away. What about our money? we asked. They told us to call seamless. Wonderful service from a restaurant on top of horrible (dangerous) food.

Finally a place with good customer service and the quality of food i would expect in fast food chinese. Good food. Normally, I order from Dang Lai, but I couldn't find sesame chicken on their menu, so I decided to give Asian Express a try. Both times I ordered the food was correct, inexpensive, good and hot and great customer service. I also got a lot of wontons in my soup. Thanks for being cool and not ripping me off. A PLUS.

Amazing amazing sushi (especially for a place with the word "express" in it.) Shrimp tempura roll was warm and delicious.

Waited 90 minutes for my order. After trying to call the restaurant for 30 minutes and only getting a busy signal, called Seamless for a full refund.

Fast delivery. They forgot our soup and salad though and gave us pork lo mien instead of veggie. The tofu hibachi was very delicious though as well as the veggie dumplings.

Not great quality food, quite greasy overall. Ordered peking duck and they forgot our pancakes, very disappointing.

I had to cancel a seamless.com order and felt really bad, but they were very nice about it and reach out to seamless and cancel the order and refunded my money. Get customer service.

Not only did the food take well over an hour when both the website and confirmation e-mail said 30-45 min., the food was awful. Okay, let me clarify, it wasn't inedible, it was more like old Chinese food that was laying out on a buffet all day. I got the teriyaki bento box dinner with miso soup, shumai, California roll, and broccoli with garlic sauce- it was all bland, no taste whatsoever- which is weird because Chinese food is usually too salty, too oily or too much sauce. I'm so bummed about this place, I really was excited about this dinner, and it ended up just being a complete waste of calories. I probably should have cut my losses after the first couple of bites, threw it out and ordered from somewhere else.
