If you are having delivery problems, it makes sense to let your customers know. Waiting over an hour for sandwiches is appalling.

Place has great sandwiches and paninis always made fresh. When it comes to delivery though, that is another story. Their delivery man called me on 3 different occasions claiming he was downstairs, that means I took 3 trips downstairs before the 4th time that he claimed he was there he actually was. Food was cold and went into the garbage.

The Primavera omelet, which was NOT supposed to have green peppers, was loaded with them - and not the spinach, tomato, mushroom & onion that was supposed to be there (they did replace, with one that was correct but burned - and picked up the first omelet). Large juice (carrot, celery, beet, apple, spinach) was over one third sludge - the part that everyone else who has a juicer filters out of the juice.

order was placed at 1:51pm and was not delivered til 2:43pm much later then estimated and the food was cold. Not happy.

Food does not come on time!!! Have waited 20 min or more the past three times I ordered from here. have ordered the BLT with cheese twice now and have not gotten cheese on it either time.
