Bagel & Bean

I love Bagel and Bean! The breakfast sandwiches are delicious and not too greasy. It is my go-to spot when I don't have the time or energy to make a fancy breakfast. Delicious and reasonably priced. I am a fan.

The bagels at this place are very meh. I ordered the Smoked Norwegian Salmon on a whim and when I received it, I was really upset to discover that the bagel was cold, hard and untoasted. There was no option that specified whether the customer wants their bagel toasted or not, which implies that they toast it by default. Wrong! If I'm paying 9 dollars for a bagel, the least you can do is toast it. The high reviews are unwarranted.

I gave this place a 4 out of 5 stars..... The food is great but they always seem to run out of something that I order. The last two times, I ordered something, I would get a phone call because they ran out. I do recommend this place. The bagels are fresh and tasty.... the sandwiches are too die for and the best in the neighborhood.

Delicious and inexpensive. I got an everything bagel and the "everything" was on the top and bottom. I rarely see that and loved it.

Redeemed themselves after my initial bad experience. Tasty coffee, good breakfast sandwiches and average bagels. Don't expect a transcendent meal, but expect it to get the job done.

Horrible. Ordered an omlette with sausage and spinach - got a plain omlette. Asked for no cream cheese on bagel - slathered with cream cheese.

I do not recommend this establishment any more. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have ordered from this establishment for the last year and a half almost every sat and sunday, ordering the same items. I ordered a smoothie that i always order, and it was prepared incorrectly. I called the restaurant and was treated with disrespect and spoken too in a condescending manner. When Bagel and Bean had the opportunity to remedy the situation, they chose not to, and instead told me how they have not been charging me extra for a piece of cheese. I believe that the $2000 + dollars that I have spent in the past outweighs the cheese they gave me. Customer loyalty is not appreciated and they do not care about their patrons. I recommend moving on to another bagel place.

I ordered an omelette. when it arrived, it was cold and included ingredients that i didn't ask for. unfortunately for me, i'm allergic to the red onions they added, at will. then, in lieu of the toasted everything bagel i ordered, they sent me a whole wheat, untoasted bagel. honestly, i'd rather you call and tell me you don't have what i want -- than charge and deliver me something i don't want.
