Food was good, service was awful. My order arrived, and my tea had leaked all over. I called and explained it to them, and they promised to send a new one. I then see that my bagel is also soaking wet. I called them back and the guy on the phone was asking what I wanted. I told him a new bagel. He informed me the delivery guy already left with my tea. I explained again that my bagel was soaked with tea. Delivery guy brings my tea, which is leaking again. I put it in another cup and waited on my bagel. Delivery guy arrives, insists on taking the soggy bagel back as proof, and gives me what I later discovered was a breakfast sandwich. Never ordering from there again.

Disgusting!! Waited 45 mins longer than I was supposed to for my food and it was cold and soggy. When I called to inquire about a refund, they hung up on me. Horrible service, horrible food!!!

Food was very old and bland. I ordered bacon at 7am and there was no way it had been cooked that day.. nor the day before. Even the coffee tasted burned. Maybe it was a bad day but I gave the place a shot based on previous reviews.. wont happen again. Deliver was quick but that was the only positive.

The pizza bagels are great. They were prompt with their delivery and my food was great. No complaints at all.
