I ordered eggs, a bagel, and home fries which were all good - not amazing, but definitely not bad. My order arrived on time, correct, and loaded with tons of napkins and utensils.

I ordered a tuna melt on an egg bagel with swiss cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. They delivered a skimpy smear of tuna salad on plain with white American cheese and one single slice of an anemic crap, rotting hot-house tomato. I give it one star because the delivery guy was kind of funny and we cracked a few jokes. Of course, that was before I found out that the food in the bag was the crap antithesis of what I ordered. My first inclination was to write AmEx and challenge the charge. But then I figured if the $6 is so important to this cafe, they may as well keep it -- since they're taking it instead of untold amounts of revenue if they actually strived to seek happy customers.

Horrible bagel. Very doughy and clearly tasted like Philadelphia cream cheese. It was so bad that I threw it out and ordered from a different bagel shop.

You know what you're getting when you order here. Decent pizza, decent sandwiches and fast delivery. There's certainly value in a known quantity.

I like the breakfast sandwiches, but their delivery is always late and I'd prefer the option to add more than one meat onto a breakfast sandwich.

Their soup was inedible. Ordered Chicken Noodle, it was mostly chicken skin with bones inside, the broth had a weird green hue to it. Called immediately to get my money back.

I will NEVER order from this place EVER AGAIN. This morning they delivered my egg sandwich completely covered in my iced coffee. When I called back for them to send another order, they hung up on me TWICE. The people that work there are extremely rude and were telling me to "calm down and take it easy" when I was simply calling (the first time) for another order. Completely unprofessional and appropriate.

I ordered a simple create your own salad and a regular coke. They screwed up the ingredients I chose for the salad and sent a diet coke. I also asked for pesto sauce on the side and did not receive any pesto at all. Sure, it may seem like a few small problems but when you have my order details right in front of you, this should not be an issue.

My order accidentally went through twice and I only received one of the orders. I called to get it fixed and the girl I talked to said that the manager was not in and that I would have to call back after 1 pm. I called at 2 pm and the manager was not available. I called a few days later and a man/boy answered the phone. I asked to speak to the manager, he mumbled and then the phone was disconnected. I called back and asked to speak to the manager and he said that the manager was not there and to call back in the morning, then he hung up. I called again and asked if anyone else could help me and that I just need a refund. He told me to hold on, then 20 secs later the phone was disconnected again. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Certain items are sometimes left out of orders. Good grilled cheese but make sure to ask for it to be extra crispy.
