Way over-priced. The order took 1 and a half hours to get to me. The lox bagel I ordered was $9.25 ( when it should have been less than $5), it was cold, and it gave me food poisoning. The pastrami sandwich was also cold and was way over-priced, especially since it was so tiny.

It took 2 hours to deliver bagels and juice. The bagels were cold and obviously sat out for at least an hour. The juice says fresh squeezed but it is mostly likely from a brand. Stay away. This is my first review and felt compelled to write this to warn others.

Born and raised in Manhattan on NY bagels and these are the real deal. Cream cheese is great as well. One BIG problem though. They take forever to deliver and I only live a few blocks away

did not have the bagel i ordered for possibly the 5th week in a row. if sundays are the busiest day it is unclear to me why this place does not stock up for sundays. I have received the wrong cookie now 5 times and never the correct one and they are always out of my bagels.AND the service is slow. if the food were not good i would never waste my time.

The food is amazing pure and simple. The bagels are baked fresh on an hourly basis so you never get stale bagels. The menu has all sort's of healthy and guilty pleasures, from vegetable tuna to chocolate Muffins. All of the pastries are cooked daily by an actual Chef, they arent brought in from a third party, i know because i go there every day and see them coming out of the oven. You also have about 25 choices of coffee's and tea's.

The bagels were cold and hard and delivery was only 4 blocks away. The French toast tasted salty and they only provided 1 container of syrup. I will never order from here again.

We ordered bagels and called after they had not arrived after 45 minutes and were told the delivery man had already left. we live right down the street so its not a far delivery. after 60 minutes we called again after 60 minutes and they finally called the delivery man to find out where he was. our bagels arrived cold and were not toasted though we specifically asked for them all to be toasted. also non of the bagels were labelled so we could not tell the difference between light cream cheese and regular.

If you want your food to take two hours to get delivered, this is the place for you! especially breakfast on a saturday mornings- waiting for 2 egg sandwiches. What a joke of a restaurant. needs to be shut down from seamlessweb- Thanks bagel cafe

I eat here 2 to 3 times per week...,the store is always clean and the people working behind the counter are very helpful.The place looks great after its been recently renovated plus the management is doing a great job .....keep it up!!What I love is the nova and cream cheese bagel plus they have a whole new selection of items My deliveries are always delivered very quickly whenever I order.With all that said I look foward to keep ordering from them in the future.
