They get 5 stars just for selling 1/2 gallon Tropicana OJ! No other places on Seamless sell it and now I don't have to lug it from the grocery store anymore. The sandwiches and bagels are great too!

I order from this place a lot. The bagels are always really good. Just make sure you specify in the special instructions if you want your bagel toasted...or prepared any special way. The iced coffee is also really delicious, especially the hazelnut blend. The only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because sometimes the fruit salad has a couple pieces of old fruit in it, but that isn't always the case. Overall, I love the bagels, and appreciate the prompt and accurate delivery!

Best bagel place, great coffee. I always order from here, probably 3 - 4 times a week. I get the Lox or the hungry man on a hero, or just a bacon, egg, cheese on a bagel. They get here (47th st off of 30th) in about 15 minutes. I like the coffee also. The bagels are HUGE and awesome. Delivery guys are always friendly and nice.

the bagels are good....but delivery should not be an option....i placed an order at 11:00am and it is now 12:20pm....i have called twice, and they still don't know when my food will come. they are located one and a half blocks from my apartment....i guess i should have just walked up the street. the man who answered the phone said he wished I knew how hard they were working to get my food to me...i wish i could believe....

Woof. Even though I'm hungover, my tastebuds still work. Glad I ordered the mini bagel and not the regular size since it was dry and stale. The shrimp salad sandwich was sooo bland, absolutely no flavor. On top of it they forgot the pickles and french fries that come standard with those sandwiches. Person on the phone claimed to not know the menu (really?). They sent a delivery guy back out with my fries, which were soggy when they arrived. Lastly, the coleslaw was drenched in mayo. No issues with delivery time or customer service, food just sucked.

I ordered a sesame bagel with tomato for my girlfriend, a pumpernickel bagel with lox, cream cheese, tomato, and capers for myself. My girlfriend received a plain bagel instead of a sesame bagel (just re-checked my order history to make sure I actually did order sesame, and indeed I did), and mine arrived without capers. Also the lox was pretty dry. The bagels were fine for deli bagels but nothing special. Prices are reasonable and the food arrived very quickly (~15 min.) but I probably won't order from them again owing to the mediocre bagels and screwed up order.
