Bagels by the Park

This place has awesome bagels, amazing chicken salad (and i've tried it everywhere from BK Heights to Carroll Gardens) and I've never had a delivery take longer than 35 minutes, and I'm pretty far away from the store. I love them.

great bagels, great quality food, fast service, always have my food ready for pick up when I get there. One thing, the coffee sizes are off on seamless, when selecting on here, you'll get the next size DOWN because apparently the prices are incorrect and they go by price, not size selected (so if you select a 20 oz, you're really getting a 16 because the price listed is the price of the 16).

Don't know why this place only has 2 stars. They're always on time and follow instructions. I'd definitely recommend them over Line Bagels.

Food isn't bad when they get the order right. However, every time I order from them I have to wonder how exactly are they going to screw it up. Normally, it takes the form of un (or barely) toasted bagels, the wrong cream cheese, or not applied to the right bagel.

The food is good, I've never disliked anything from there but the delivery is always bad. They call 30 minutes after you place your order and tell you that they dont have one of things you ordered. This has happened 3 times already. Its too bad they are the only bagel place on seamless in this area.

No complaints about the food. But the service is horrible (both walk-in and delivery). If the food that you actually ordered arrives in its entirety within an hour, you're doing well. Waiting an hour for bagels is excessive. Waiting an hour for bagels that aren't the ones you ordered is unacceptable.

Food is good. However, super disappointed in delivery. Have had to call to verify that my delivery is even coming. It usually takes over an hour to receive your order and the service is very poor.

This place is the worst. I've never written a bad review in my life, and I've been going to this place for years, but I'm done. The service is terrible. The guys who make the sandwiches are nice, so I give an extra star, but it's understaffed and not well run. There's always a line, it takes forever to get food. I started using seemless because then I wouldn't have to wait, I'd get there and my food was ready. Well, in theory. That's actually only happened once. Today, I got there fifteen minutes after I placed the order, and ten minutes after my confirmation email and they said it was coming. Another fifteen minutes later it's discovered that the food was never made. If it was one time, I'd give them a break. Things happen. But it's always, and I was late because of it. Terrible. Once another place opens nearby this place will be out of business. Too bad, could be good.

I've been lucky enough to never have a problem with my deliveries. This place isn't fancy, but their breakfast sandwiches are pretty much my hangover go-to.

Took more than an hour. Hot food was cold. Asked for extra cream cheese, didn't get it. Didn't get one of our coffees and the coffee we did get was spilled on everything. Food quality was okay, but wouldn't order again.
