Bagels & Co.

I ordered en everything bagel and a pizza bagel. First off, it took 60 minutes to deliver (for 2 bagels???) ...and the food was definitely NOT worth the wait - the pizza bagel was ice cold and the "everything" bagel consisted of only poppy and sesame seeds.... I didn't know it was so easy to mess up bagels. At least the snapple was good.

They did not have any of the items I requested. Judging from the reviews, this seems to be a common issue. I would call them directly if you're interested in ordering.

This place is terrible. They never get my order right, and when they do the food doesn't taste fresh. Furthermore, they never have a full selection of bagels - they typically are out of all but about four different types. Oh, and don't bother ordering a drink that isn't canned or bottled - the way it's package leaves about a 90% chance of having your bagel soaked in whatever it is you ordered. The one positive thing I have to say is that they're always quick, but if it isn't what I ordered then I don't care how quickly it arrives. I love bagels, but this is one of only two bagel places on seamless that delivers to my apartment (and the other isn't great either). We need more bagel joints on seamless, but until we get them avoid Bagels & Co. at all costs.

The food is great. Unfortunately, the downsides are that every single one of my orders are delivered wrong, they are overpriced, and when I call to let them know that my delivery is wrong yet again, they really don't care. Very poor customer service. I've learned my lesson and will not order from here again. I live around the corner and no one should have to wait another 30 mins for the remaining items from an order that was originally delivered an hour before. Not worthwhile when there are so many similar alternatives that deliver my correct order regularly.

AWFUL. Took over an hour to deliver. Food was nice and cold by the time it arrived. Ran out of Bialys. Delivered my iced coffee with milk and sugar, without my indicating I'd like it that way (really?! why would you just assume this???). Not returning.
