Bagels & More (14th St.)

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE ! If I could I will give this store for ) star. I have wait for my foods for more than 1 and half hours, they never show out. They said foods is on the way when I called to ask, wait another 30 minutes ( 5 blocks from my place ) still not show up. Cancellled the order.

They got our order COMPLETELY wrong. Just utterly and completely wrong - my salmon, brie, avocado, and cucumber sandwich was just bread with a hunk of smoked salmon. Don't use this guys. You'll wait forever for food you don't want.

I give this place 0 stars! First they give me the wrong food. i originally ordered an omelette and instead they gave me an egg sandwich. I sent it back with the delivery boy. Then they deliver the omelette and when I opened it it was clear that they have put the egg sandwich back on the grill, stirred it up and put it in a container. It was totally disgusting! I will never order food from this place again!

Worst juice ever! It's like they filled my cup with sugary lemon-aid and then added green food coloring to make me think there's spinach in it. And the soup was a cup full of greasy vegetable oil. Stay away.

Strangely enough, the best chicken noodle soup I've ever had delivered. Just phenomenal. Quick delivery, too.

After a 15 to 30 min delivery window passed, I called, they said he was outside, I waited...the food never came. After about 80 minutes I called to cancel and they told me contact seamless. The guy on the phone told me the delay was not his problem and they were busy. I've never been villainized by someone for wanting my omelette warm. I will never order from them again. They were rude and the food came 90 min after I ordered. That said, the delivery guy was actually apologetic and nice. To restate though the guy on the phone needs to learn some customer service, he's not doing me a favor for letting me buy food from him.

I wish I could give them a higher rating cause the man on the phone was so nice, but its been 1.5 hrs and we still haven't gotten our food. I think they are still working out the kinks with seamless.

A process that was completely and utterly painful. I ordered a simple omelette and a naked juice. I was quoted a time of 15 - 30 minutes. My order showed up 90 minutes later. When I called to check on the status, I was repeatedly told that the person was just arriving at my building. Also, when the food arrived, it was freezing cold and wasn't edible. I took a chance on a restaurant that didn't have any reviews and I paid for it. Don't make the same mistake I did...skip this restaurant.
