Baja Fresh Mexican Grill (Eye St)

This place is great. These other busters reviewing here complain about the food, but if you don't like Baja Fresh, don't order it for delivery! I don't mind Baja -- sure, it's not Tortilla Coast, but it's 1/3 the price for a reason. They deliver fast (sometimes under 20 minutes) and the delivery dudes are always courteous. DC doesn't exactly have a wealth of Mexican delivery places -- I recommend Baja Fresh.

The blandest mexican food I have ever had. My "spicy" ultimo burrito tasted like the burrito wrap and sour cream ... which asked to be used sparringly. I'd hate to see what a "normal" amount of sour cream is. I'm a third of the way through and contemplating whether or not to toss it.

Love Baja Fresh if eaten IN the restaurant. Wasn't very good delivered, though. Fish tacos were extremely dry and rice and beans were terribly bland. The paper plates the food is packaged in does not stand up well to steaming hot food (and the food can't handle it either, apparently).

It took an hour and fifty minutes to get my food. I will never order from here again. It's a shame because I've had Baja Fresh elsewhere and it usually does not disappoint.

My order was made incorrectly. I specified exactly what I wanted and when it arrived, things were missing and it was the exact opposite of what I had asked. I suggest going into the restaurant if you want something that deviates slightly from the menu (and check before you leave). The food was just ok. Since this was not the first time my order has been askew, I will not order from here any longer. Too many second chances for me to expect a different outcome.

No clue what is wrong with their delivery system, but it's a mess. Got my food 90 minutes after ordering. Cold. No salad dressing with a salad. Perfect.

Fast delivery and orders are always accurate. I just wish they would provide the option of a side of salsa/pico de gallo with the tacos!

I like the food but delivery was TWICE the maximum estimated time. When I called for status, they could not contact the driver and I was given no information. Poor service and I'm still waiting for my food.
