SO GOOD! You can't go wrong with Baluchi's. It's rare to find a place that offers amazing food AND combo platters.

So far I have been pleased with Baluchis. I thought because they had so many locations that their food would be sub par, but that is not true at all. Baluchi's is the best indian in Park Slope. I have tried all of the other restaurants within Park Slope and they pale in comparison. Baluchis consistently get the order right and the quality of the food is just a step above the rest. I highly recommend spending a few extra bucks for Baluchis.

I give up with Baluchis in Park Slope- they used to be great, but the last few times I've ordered they've kept screwing the order up. Last time I got a pot full of curry sauce with no meat, this time it's a totally different curry than the one I ordered. My advice- order from Sapid.

$14 for Chicken Tikka Masala, really now? We had ordered from here before and it was "OK." I was hesitant to go back as we had discovered Kinara which was half the price and just as good. But in an effort to venture out, we went to Baluchi's again. This time around, we ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala MILD. Its not bad enough that they did not include the RICE with the masala, but it came so extremely spicy that my mouth is still burning. Thankfully we ordered some Naan to calm the heat. They sent us a replacement chicken tikka after we called and complained. This time around the dish was SWEET. Yuck. Take 1 cup of sugar, dump it in some masala, stir if up and pour it on the chicken - it was the worst. The delivery is pretty quick...but I don't think we will be going back.

Okay, the food is always great, when they get it right. Baluchi's needs to learn how to use Seamless better, because right now they don't really seem to get it. I ask for extra chutney, I get NO chutney. And it turns out they don't have the mango cheesecake, so instead of giving me a credit, they just put in some disgusting looking rice pudding. And my friend got the fig flan one time, which was great, but then the second time we ordered it it was a friggin' Kozy Shak flan, which apparently you can charge $5 for if you have a restaurant. Like I said, the food is good, (love the Makhani) but I've gotten ripped off here too many times to order again.

Hands down, the best Indian in Park Slope. I've tried all the others, and there's nothing close. You can order the lamb vindaloo just how it should be, scorching spicy (or not), if you're that type of person).

Food is quite good. My pet peeve about this (and other) places is that it says "can of coke" on the menu, and yet they always give you a can of Pepsi instead. Not the same thing.

Five for being the best Indian delivery we've had in this neighborhood. They also delivered sooner than the estimated time by a long way. -1 for making my 3 year old's briyani medium spicy instead of mild and my aloo gobi mild instead of medium spicy.

Not the cheapest option, but I've always been extremely happy with my orders. And I'm a sucker for a combo deal.

Second time they forgot part of my order. I got my mango lassi 20 minutes after I had finished my meal. They didn't include napkins, a straw or utensils. Seems like the order was put together in a very careless way. And they do use tons of plastic containers for a small amount of food. Addendum - for a third time they forgot a mango lassi ordered and paid for. no utensils in the order. this time they also got my main order wrong, sent paneer tika instead of chicken. they are the better indian taste wise close to me but they are awful with the delivery orders.

overall pretty good indian food samosa appetizer was a bit dry. ka-chori i'm not really sure how to explain it but it was very good! malai kofta entree was also very good, veggie meatballs in a delicious thick orange sauce. one small thing is i'd have preferred onion chutney to mango chutney, but they probably could arrange that on request. overall was good and i'll order from here again

DELICIOUS!! They give you at least two meals worth of food (if you eat like I do) and it's just great. Delivery was timely and the delivery guy was smiley and pleasant. Great experience!
