I have only tried this place a handful of times. It is on the high average/slightly more expensive end than other sushi places but the quality of sushi matches this difference in price. I would recommend it for a night in when you are craving sushi.

Delivery has always been good from here -- I must have gotten Bamboo once a week for nearly 6 months before I decided to switch take-out sushi spots due to the proximity of another solid choice nearby. It's a good value, too. But don't expect the best sushi in NYC, because at these prices you get what you pay for.

I tried Bamboo for the first time tonight and was really happy with it! (To give you an idea of my tastes, my favorite sushi delivery is Ko Sushi and Yuka.) I had the chicken teriyaki bento box. For $15 you can't find a better deal! I got so much food, both miso and salad, plus 4 little shumai dumplings, 2 fried spring roll's w/ a sweet/sour sauce, and of course the chicken w/ vegetables and steamed rice. PLUS a tuna (or Cali) roll!!! Amazing! Everything was really tasty, the tuna roll was fresh, and the service was quick. This place will definitely take a spot in my sushi rotation... next time I need to try more of the sushi rolls.... Try it!!
