My wait time of 40 minutes turned into two hours. They actually closed their business for the day and were not answering the phone and I still had not relieved my meal. After calling in repeated succession my call was finally answered and I was told the delivery man was 10 mins away. 25 mins later, he called to say he was outside. When I got to the door he was nowhere in sight--he was at the wrong address!! He finally appeared about 7 mins after that. And after all of this, the food was barely mediocre. I won't be ordering from this establishment again.

Absolutely horrible delivery service. Took over an hour and a half when quoted 30-45 min. Gave me the run around when trying to track orders. Do not ever order from them. Seriously, you will regret it

This particular restaurant says 30-45 min but it ended up taking 1.5 hours and when we called the restaurant they had no idea what order we were talking about. Pad Thai was burnt. Papaya salad was so spicy it was almost inedible. Not ordering from here again.

This is my go-to spot for Thai food! I've tried delivery from a lot of different places, and this is definitely my favorite. The food is delicious - I recommend the pad see ew and the red curry - and the portions are generous, so I always have leftovers for the next day. Their delivery is almost always really fast, and even if they're having a busy night, they'll always answer their phone and give you an update if you call. Next time you're craving Thai food, definitely give them a try!

Completely awful service. Waited an hour and a half on a 30 minute order that the vendor already charged me for, and that I got a confirmation email for. Called them after 1.5 hours, rude lady on the phone said they "didn't make my food b/c they are very busy. Unbelievable. Seamlessweb, please screen your vendors a little carefully.

Awesome SF takeout! I live up the hill on Jones St. and the delivery time was estimated 30 min and came within 15 min! Awesome spot! :)
