Bangkok House Restaurant

I choose to try out Bangkok House Restaurant because of their great reviews and the short delivery time of 15 minutes when I was looking to order. It then took an hour for my lunch to be delivered and the delivery man called to say he was downstairs well before he even got here which wasted more of my time. I have an hour to eat my lunch so waiting this long is not an option for me and I would never have order from this restaurant if I was told that. If you have time to wait all day then order from here, otherwise there's better thai food in the area anyway

Not only is the food delicious and fresh, and delivered unbelievably quickly, but their customer service for their delivery clients is off the charts. We have had instances of forgotten sodas that were not that big a deal to us, and yet they still sent someone back to give us our free can! In addition, the one time we did have a problem with our food, they assured us that we would get a free entree next time - when we weren't in the mood for it, they just simply kept it in their files for future use. Best choices: Pineapple Fried Rice with Shrimp, Chicken Satay, Papaya/Mango Salad, CRAB CAKE (so so crabby and so so good), Spring Roll, Pad Thai, House Salad (huge - big enough for 3 people to share), Shrimp Coconut Soup... seriously everything rocks.

One of my favorite Thai restaurants. I esp like the fried ice cream and the the thai iced tea.

This place does good quality Thai food and the lunch special is a good value. They actually give a decent amount and charge less than other places around Times Square. I have picked up from them twice before and today was the first time I had them deliver. My food came in 20 minutes! (I tried this place before I tried any of the Yum Yum restaurants and now I'm reluctant to change.) Keep up the good work.

Do not order from this restaurant! Seamlessweb tells me to rate the food, but unfortunately I can't do that because the food never came. We ordered our food 2 hours ago but apparently the delivery man is lost. Who is unable to find 53rd St. and 6th Ave? GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Excellent delivery est 30-45min I got it in 15m min. Pad Thai was very good,.as well as the spring roll. Definitely will be putting Bangkok House in Faves!!

Excellent & Spicy Thai Food. Tastes very Fresh and good deal for lunch specials. We had the Kee Mao Noodles & Pad Ped Noodles. Delivery guy seems to think it is a long trip and every time has commented about it, but I'm within 10 blocks.

I consistently placed large orders from this place and found them to be quick and they get the order right. My only complainnt this time was I ordered the crab cake which is mostly dough. I do not recommend it> It was awful. I'd rather they make a smaller crabcake with more crab, than one that looks huge but has little crab

Either management changed or the Chef changed. The food has taken a nosedive in quality. So disappointed. It was one of my favorite Thai places in the area. Usually order Pad thai or fried rice and will not reorder either moving forward.

Avoid this place. I ordered the Basil Noodle with Chicken, and what I got instead was watery basil sauce in a bin, and a box of white rice with no noodles whatsoever. Didn't think reading an order as simple as that would be so difficult.

Basil noodles are tasty but the last few times I ordered I had to call to check on the status of my order. Seamless confirmation estimated delivery time to be 15-30 minutes, but it took over an hour. Don't order from this place if you're hungry.
