I've dined-in at this location, which the food and service was great. However, Bareburger for delivery is not that great. Service wise, it was good; they came on time so no complaints. The food, on the other hand, was soggy. I ordered their burger and onion rings. Burger and onion rings were soggy and not appetizing. I wouldn't recommend ordering for delivery since the quality of food takes a hit, but if you want a burger they will deliver on time.

EDIT: Ordered from here last night. We've been very satisfied in the past. We order honey mustard with our fries, and last night it tasted really really off. Legitimately, it tasted like the honey mustard was burnt. Very strange, because Bareburger has had delicious honey mustard in the past. I know it's nitpicking, but seriously, Bareburger, fix your honey mustard because it used to be delicious and now it's gross. Original review: Super satisfied. This was the first time ordering Bareburger delivery, but I've been to a few different locations a bunch of times. All the food is great, you can't go wrong! I ordered the chicken tenders and ended up getting less than 6, at $10 and after so many good experiences eating in the restaurant I was pretty disappointed. I called and they sent me a full order including all the sauces. Bareburger, you rock! Also, I know there are some comments about a long delivery time. We did not have a problem with that, they actually took less than a half hour! I will definitely be ordering Bareburger more often.

I've ordered from Bareburger before. I'm a huge fan of their milkshakes and they're the only place around me that can deliver them non-melted. Until today. The quoted time was 30-45 minutes. An hour later the delivery guy hands me 2 bags with the containers upside down and sideways in them. I knew even before opening them that the milkshake was going to be a mess. Sure enough. Not only was it melted, but it was dumped and leaking all over the inside of the bag. The burger, which I ordered medium well, was medium rare at best and cold. The "special sauce" had made the bun soggy because it took so long to get it to me. What a waste of money. They just lost a loyal customer.

Usually one or two things are good about a restaurant but with Bareburger everything is good the burgers the fries even the ice tea was good plus the delivery person was respectful, these are the kinds of places you enjoy tipping & reordering from!

Hopefully my experience ordering from Bareburger yesterday was an anomaly, and not a new norm. I was given a 60-75 minute delivery window, which is fine. The food didn't arrive for over 90 minutes, which I would still be okay with. But it was ice cold. Not lukewarm. Ice cold, colder than room temperature cold. The fries and onion rings were awful. I guess I could have thrown them in the oven, but after waiting over an hour and a half, I didn't feel like self-catering. I don't mind waiting for good food. But I hate waiting for disappointment. I only give two stars because I have had good experiences in the past and perhaps things are not running smoothly due to Sandy. However, if you can't deliver hot food, be honest with your customers and yourself and halt deliveries.

This was my first time ordering from Bareburger. The Reuben is great! Packed very neatly and super tasty. The delivery was fast too! I was worried it would take an hour as stated on the website (I was super hungry) but they came in 20 minutes! Definitely ordering from here again, they went above and beyond my expectations.

third time i have eaten a bareburger meal, delicious burgers, no dice about that! fries are usually a bit cold and onion rings a bit dry... otherwise i'd give another star.

Bareburger food rarely disappoints but their delivery times are painful! 60 minutes but really 75 to 90 minutes! Ouch.

Love Bareburger but please take my advice and don't order anything other than burgers and fries. I ordered the waffle brunch to cure my New Year's Day hangover. Came soggy and disgusting. After all this isn't a Waffle House, this is BareBURGER!

Delivery time is long but usually shows up in the estimated range. They messed up our order (ordered three things and each one had something incorrect about it) but as soon as we called the amanager was quite apologetic and sent us a new order quite quickly! Hats off to the manager for responding positively!

Ordered a salad. Estimated 60 - 75 minutes and got here much faster but they forgot the dressing. What's a salad without the dressing. Very disappointed. Would have preferred they take the extra time and remembered the dressing!!
