Beans & Greens Salad and Juice Bar

SO HARD TO ORDER A SALAD. Great food but HORRIBLE user experience via Seamlessweb. I will not order again from this restaurant as I have tried multiple times and am still unable to submit my order. On a side note, the last two orders I was able to make at Beans & Greens (and yes, I had a really hard time getting past the error windows for those orders too), the delivery items were wrong - one time, I got a sandwich I didn't order and the second time, the wrong cookies were sent. It really shouldn't be this hard.

Ordered at 5:22 p.m. for delivery at 6:30 p.m.. Food is not received until past 7 o'clock. You should think they had enough advance notice. WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN.

I order a lunch salad from B&G 2-3x a week and have to say the food and service both range from 2-4 stars on any given day. They're wildly unpredictable and ordering on seamless often times forget to add ingredients to the order. about 50% of the time they have me wait when I show up to pick up the food leading me to believe that they start making the salad when I walk in the door, which still beats waiting in the crazy lunch line. Sometimes they nail it and have the salad container stuffed with great ingredients and ready to go as soon as I arrive. I continue to go back because of the convenience and the friendly staff, but suggest that they **pay a little more attention to detail*** because there are cheaper options right across the west side hwy.

Don't order online from here. Estimated delivery time was 20-35min, it took over an hour. When I called to check the status after 45 min, I was told that they couldn't see the order in the system. After a few minutes of back and forth, they conceded that the delivery just left. Oh, and they got the order wrong too....and I don't live far, just across the street.

Totally unprofessional and disappointing experience with Beens & Greens. Waited 70 minutes for an order that was placed at 11am, well before the lunch rush, and the manager calls after more than an hour to tell me they "need to cook the salmon." What a joke. Completely disorganized.

Wrong food came. Called up the restaurant and they said there was nothing they could do because it was ordered thru seamless web. Didn't offer to bring a new order, refund, etc. Terrible delivery experience.

I ordered breakfast from here and was very disappointed. It's like they have no idea how to cook. The omelet came with turkey bacon, which they put INSIDE the omelet so it was like boiled meat, gross. Who does that? Also, I ordered hash browns and mushy potatoes came instead. Hash browns are crispy and sliced in shoestrings. Also, the toast was thrown into the container with the eggs, rendering it soggy by the time it arrived. These people are just stupid.

Delivery time was estimate at 35-50 minutes (it came after over an hour) and the order was completely wrong. Worst Seamless experience ever.
