Bella Napoli (30th/Madison)

This was an absolute disaster. I don't spend much time in Murray Hill, and so it took us a while to chose a restaurant to order from. After sifting through all of the different pizza places that deliver to the area, via menu and seamless reviews, we settled on Bella Napoli. Big mistake. Not only did the order take an 1 hour and 15 minutes (twice the maximum estimated delivery time), but arrived cold, folded, and leaking from a soggy hole in the bottom where the grease had seeped through. We were too starving to send it back (not that we had a choice, the delivery man bolted when I pointed out the leakage), and each bite was worse than the one before it. It was too soggy to even bother picking up, cold, and falling apart. It practically turned to liquid mush in my mouth and after a slice I gave up. So sad. You're in New York, and you think you can't go wrong with pizza, but you can!!! You can! Do NOT order (pizza at least) from this restaurant!

I order from Bella Napoli at least once a week. The best value for any Italian restaurant in the neighborhood. I love the antipasta salad and the chicken parmigiana. Try the garlic knots too.

Bella Napoli is your average fast food italian restaurant. It surely isn't something to write home about; however, i'd recommend this place if you're looking to order something quick, cheap and a safe bet that it'll taste exactly as the last time you ordered.

This is a great place to order from. The delivery has always been courteous and relatively quick. The food has always arrived hot and has been of high quality. Seems to be fresh ingredients. Also, the portions are of good size and pasta dishes like the linguini with pesto sauce and chicken is enough for two people or for some great leftovers later. Oh, the packaging is done well too. No worries ordering from here.

I'm addicted to the eggplant parmigiana and like the gnocchi too. Delivery is either quick or at least within the timeframe and the food has always been hot.

I've lived in NYC for my entire life and this is the single worst italian spot i've ever ordered from. food was gross, bland and cold. it's clear why this is so cheap. bad ingredients and poor quality all around. won't order again

Terrible! Don't order the chicken wings. The worst I've ever had. The chicken was not cooked all the way despite the fact that I asked for them to be well done. And they forgot the blue cheese. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

Ordered a pizza and boneless buffalo wings (asked for ranch on the side). - Pizza tastes good, kind of room temperature, a little floppy and not cooked enough - Wings tastes like they have gorgonzola and / or blue cheese melted in, when i asked for ranch on the side. They are not very tasty. Not worth the money...

Food was better than OK in flavor and packaging, but most of it was cool to cold. The order took 1 hour and 16 minutes to be delivered at 7PM on a Monday and the provided delivery time window stated 30-45 mins.

Delivery was expedient; it arrived within the delivery estimate time. I ordered the eggplant parm entree which comes with a side (I chose spaghetti). They take their food packaging for delivery pretty seriously! Since my order was very saucy, the food was in the foil containers then enclosed in plastic containers and then saran wrapped, it was like those Russian nesting dolls. Anyway, the food made it in one piece. The food was good, nothing fancy, just good; and the portion was large.
