Bella Napoli (49th)

This is my second review I ordered spaghetti and meatballs and italian cheese cake. The portion for the entree was small they did not provide bread ,butter and or grated cheese what kinda italian meal is that without bread and butter ?.You gotta be kidding!!!!!!!!!!!!. The slice of the cheese cake was tiny . Maybe you should change your name to mala Napoli or cheapo napoli If i could give it less then one star i would.

Quick italian in midtown that is just above decent. I like their lasagna better than Don Giovanni's, but Bella doesnt come with bread and the portion is a tiny bit smaller. I will order again.

Absolutely horrible. Salad = terrible. Sandwich = terrible. Complete garbage. Save yourself money and order anywhere else. Truly one of the worst places in this city.

Ordered the Chicken Valdostana. For $16, I expected a much larger portion than I got. Tasty, but very disappointing.

Food is decent, but their delivery always takes much longer than the estimate. They always shrug and say "we're busy." Fine, but update the wait details so I know that.

Ordered pizza over 2 hours before requested time for a meeting. The showed up over 1 hour late and gave an attitude "I needed to be patient - they only have 1 oven". Not first time had issues with delivery. Never again

Underwhelmed! I did not receive the correct dish that I ordered, food was cooked in a lot of sauce, and was cold. Will not be trying this again.

ordered at 11:12, I never received an email from them confirming our order, food came at 1:20 not worth 2 hrs, everything is bland and mediocre. gnocchi is horrible chewy and full of grease.

It seems like today the restaurant had one delivery guy less, so, I was not only expecting my pasta to get here later than promised, but maybe cold. for my surprise it was not cold, but it arrived 1 hr and 20 mins since I order it (when it said 30-45 mins). Even tough, the Pasta that I ordered needed to have Peppers and it should have been prepared with Vodka Sauce... well, I guess that they were down of chefs as well, because it tasted really bad (kind of salty), no Parmesan cheese as a side, and really poor quality... I left 3/4's of it..... sorry, but it's a well deserved rating (at least for me - tonight)

Almost never write reviews, but this was so bad, I just had to comment. Got a simple dish - spaghetti and meatballs. Terrible. The sauce was flavorless and runny - very watery. Ketchup would have been better. Also, almost chocked on a metal twisty tie buried in one of the meatballs. Disgusting. Will never order from here again.

Dissappointing this time. The first two times I went here, the pasta primavera was a tomato based primavera sauce. It was delicious. And the bread is great! However, after that I got a creamy sauce twice, despite ordering the same dish. This time I specified that I wanted the tomato sauce but ended up with just a plain, no taste, tomato sauce. If it was always a great as it was the first time, I'd order from here a lot more often. Just a warning, not always consistent.

I purchased Baked Clams Oreganata. Five out of seven clams were burned. I cannot believe they delivered burnt food. I paid almost $13 for burnt clams and a soda. I will never order from this place again.
