I normally order from Bens. The food is good but after waiting over 2 hours and never receiving my food I called and they still had not made my order. Horrible Service.

Ben's is just good comfort deli food. It grows on you and you find yourself wanting it more and more often.

I ordered food from Ben's with a 25-30 min delivery time. It was over 2 hrs before it arrived. I would suggest not to ever order from this place. This could have been the worst call ever. The food was cold and wet also.

wouldn't expect less from a Jewish delicatessen. Chicken noodle was just salty enough, hot dog tasty, and a huge potato knish. Go Jews!

First time ordering here. The quart size home made chicken noodle soup is a joke. Buttered broth with noodles. No chicken or vegetables. My mom never made home made chicken noodle soup like that. The potato pancake was Great! Will not order here again.

Order lunch on Tuesday at 12:15 to be delivered 4 blocks and one avenue away. I probably will never try again for the following reasons: Firstly my order took 75 mins to arrive when the estimate stated it would take 20-45 mins. (I called twice before it came). Secondly, with my 2 orders of fresh turkey, neither order of Turkey was good. Both were dry. Thirdly, neither of my turkey orders came with cranberry sauce when they should have. Fourthly, neither order was particularly large enough or high enough quality to warrant the price. Fifthly, the dishes were supposed to come with apple sauce and I received one cup of apple sauce that contained less than 2 tablespoons of apple sauce. Sixthly, the "overstuffed" pastrami sandwich was not overstuffed. It was just regular sized. Seventhly, the pastrami itself was dry. Eighthly, the pastrami came with no Russian dressing as requested, nor was there any mustard included in the order. Ninthly and lastly, the pastrami sandwich is also overpriced given the size and quality of the sandwich delivered. To compare, Katz on LES has pastrami sandwiches for a buck or so more, and they are ten times as good and twice as large. One star beause we ate the food - it wasn't bad enough that we couldn't eat it.

Sandwiches were amazing! Wonderful! Delicious! We cautioned our coworker to not order the salad, and we were right...not their specialty.

They totally screwed up our ordered and the delivery time was outrageous. It's best to call after ordering to confirm the order and check delivery time. Good gefilte fish.

Food was reasonably good, however I didn't get called and food was dropped off silently without any label or name on it. Food was cold by the time I found this out.

I was disappointed in the Matzoh Ball soup and the pastrami, while lead, was lacking that decisious NYC deli flavor. Not in hurry to re-order. It did come on time and without delay.
